So funny... major na, persistent pa! Parang sobra na ang kaartehan ng mga gurls in modern time. Samantalang, back in the day, kinakaya ng mga babae ang heartaches, family problems at kahirapan sa buhay, and yet they survive without having to spend money sa therapist, doctors or psychiatrist.
Nakaka bored talaga sa bahay even tho sanay kana mag isa but listening to radio, podcast esp music is a great help para din na boboost yung mood mo. Doing that may times na hindi mo ma fefeel na mag isa ka lang.

Galing mo tlaga ppg dun sa predictability. Nag ka anxiety ako nung pandemic also depression before that. Di mo makontrol yung katawan mo. It just shows yun pala may nag tatago na sa utak mo na kailangan mo lang i acknowlege para ma handle mo yung sarili mo.
to my surprise, na iyak ako. i commend papa jackson for strong and very powerful words. To the caller you have to have the courage to trust your husband. you'll be surprised that he is more than who you think he is. sometimes we think we can handle things on our own, but we need to trust those people we love to help and accept the real us. lets allow them to love both our strength and weakness. you can do it. Relate ako kay ate. Nag pa psychiatrist na din ako kasi sobra di na kinaya ng katawan ko at ng emotion ko. Sobrang uncontrollable na.until now I’m still hirap na hirap ako.

Relate po ako jan papa jack..i am being alone too long ago i had family..but just like there are not there..but i grown up just like that..kaya i van handle it naman but its real naman naman na u can feel that way sometimes..ung loveliness na dapat kase sa dami ng kapamilya ko pero just like no one is there..

Hindi po talaga maganda yung work from home ka one week, wala ka makausap, wala kang makakwentuhan, always work and daydream lang. Kaya kung tutuusin sabihin mo ng swerte ako sa work ko today, pero parang gusto ko pa rin na maghanap ng work sa labas,yung may mga tao para hindi ako palaging nakakulong sa bahay. Atsaka, hindi na napa-practivce yung verbal and mental kasi hindi mo nagagamit kapag wfh. Kaya next year,baka maghanap ako ng work kahit half-day lang, nadedevelpo kasi yung ayaw mo ng makisama, nababawasan yung social interaction mo, lalo ka lng mananaba. Need talaga ng proper discipline sa sarili even wfh. Pwede kang magexercise kahit after 1 hr. then 10-20 minutes jogging sa labas, kapag weekends, labas kayo ng family and friends mo. Magdilig ng halaman. Need lang talagang ilibang yung sarili, para maiwasang mag-overthink. Long term yung gamutan nyan,kaya take care of yourself.
