Emily - Main Title from the Americanization of Emily

- The late great Johnny Mandel has always been a huge influence on me, ever since I was introduced to a couple of his film soundtracks back in my NYJO days. Here's a version of 'Emily' I knocked together yesterday to test out my shiny new UAD interface.
This arrangement was originally written by Gene Puerling for the Singers Unlimited. I was heavily inspired by Chris Dean & Nick West's recordings of a couple of these tunes - the arrangements are so beautiful, and they sit perfectly in the trombone's sweetest register.

Beautiful tone, playing and recording Callum. I am assuming you are familiar with Andy Martin's take on this beautiful tune, but in 4/4 instead of 3/4 on an arrangement dedicated to Carl Fontana.
