Wanted to report on my results!! The mix took out 75-80 percent in about 3 weeks. I’d say it work pretty darn good. Hopefully new mix will remove the last few! Thank you so much!!❤😊👏👏👏👏

Just like you, my husband has tried literally EVERY method to kill the mice/ rats near our chicken coop and under the shed. The 5 gal bucket catcher, the snapping traps, even the expensive electrocution zappers. And ended up with exactly zero results. I watched your videos on this subject and put out a few bowls of this mixture, we had a bunch of “dinner guests” that day. And that night. And the next day. My husband even saw some mice in broad daylight partaking in their free last meal. He looked at me wide eyed and said “it’s working!” RUclips University to the rescue again! Thank you!
Wow that’s great to hear! Haha. Something with far less possible collateral damage to everyone but the rodents, so much for holding in the emissions haha
Thank you! I am at my wits end with mice in my house. Tried many things. Going out right now and getting my supplies for this fix. UPDATE: IT WORKED. Not all at once but I am picking up mice every other day. Also added a little bit of Ramen noodles to the mix just on top to attract them more.🌻👍🌻
Good information, thank you for this information. Note to everyone listening. Keep several boxes of baking soda handy. It has many uses. Make a little paste, it becomes an emergency deodorant when yours runs out. Fire on the stove, sprinkle baking soda and no more fire. Out of toothpaste, make a little paste with water and brush teeth, works better than toothpaste + no fluoride or poison.
Just moved on 40 acres and we have rats and mice been fighting them they got to stealing the peanut butter of traps without setting them off.. Put this mixture out yesterday already got customers I'm optimistic .Did not want to use poison because we have pets and birds... Thank you so much for video..
I’ve been using this combination for years. I use equal parts flour, baking soda, sugar and corn meal. The death comes from the gasses made when the mice or rats consume the mix, their systems create flatulence and stomach gas which they cannot expel naturally. The best rat or mouse is a dead mouse or rat.

You just fixed my whole issue in my coop, we were afraid they would work their way into our house eventually. We tried ratx , rat Traps , Poison ☠️ nothing worked and our coop was loaded . I put this in with cornbread mix flour and Plaster of Paris , just changing up the recipe a bit and it worked overnight. Nothing at all.. crickets 🦗 all dead overnight Thank you
This is gonna sound stupid, but what does plaster of Paris do that makes it deadly to rats? I know you can slap it on the wall or makes casts with it but as an ingestible what is its purpose?
Thank you. We just started mixing baking soda with plain flour and putting some bird seed on top. This honey cornbread mix sounds much more appetizing to anything tho!
I was at my wits end with mice and rats around my pool and outdoor kitchen in Texas, so I tried this solution. After a few weeks there were no longer any signs of rodents. No dead carcasses around, just gone. After a few months, still gone. I keep the mix in place just in case. Thanks, his really works!
@@justa.seeker4558 Probably not, I'm worried about the chipmunks, rabbits, groundhogs, birds... Make sure you use closed containers something sturdier than cheap plastic like a tin box if you must do this. Rats usually feed after dark. The traps could've put out after dusk then collected early to prevent murdering numerous other creatures.

Thank you for this information. Found a mouse in my apartment yesterday after six years of living. This video is a delight to watch. I have all the ingredients at home. A viewer from the Netherlands!
What happens when it dies in an apartment, does it start to smell? Or do you have to move furnitures to look for it a few days later? Just wondering cause I think there's a mouse living behind my kitchen sink and I wouldn't be able to move the counter to get rid of the corpse if it dies back there.
@CrazyAfry - yeah. A typical response. Western? From US maybe? Just kill it. Instead of letting it go outside. The same way as with any other approach to any type nature. Bugs? Spiders in a house? Yeah. Kill them too. And then the bees, and... Ah, whatever. And if you are from US, you are pretty good at this anyway so you may as well continue with the rest of the planet and nature.
This worked like a charm. Even tricked an older savvy rat who had been living under my deck and leaving little pellet sizes gifts in the corner. Put my plastic box with the mix (I used pancake mix instead) right where he left his gifts and a few days later saw him not moving and looking bloated.
Omg...I'm going to share this with my neighbor. They just spent over $1000 on repairs to their vehicle. Due to mice/rats chewing on the wire harness and other wires causing the vehicle to run on 2 cylinders. Thank you so much for this great tip 💛

@@praful6890 I've had people laugh at me for keeping full coverage on my 20 year old hoopty Piece O Crap car, but we have extreme rodent situation where I live, had two nice Subarus eaten by rats! My car has such low value, the insurance co. would most likely total the car if it had major wiring damage. Subaru makes their plastics out of soy, corn, and wheat, and they use PEANUT oil to lubricate the wires they pull through wiring harnesses! Why not put a neon sign on the car that says, "Free Rat Buffet Nightly! Bring the family!" I went to start the car one morning, absolutely dead. I lifted the hood and found every wire on the distributor cap had been completely eaten! Not just chewed through, they were _gone_ along with most of the plastic part of the distributor. I make my own rodent deterrent spray now with pure peppermint oil, mixed with water and a little dish detergent to make it stick better. The commercial versions (such as seen on TV) are not strong enough. If your eyes don't water a little when spraying a peppermint oil solution, then it's probably not strong enough. For extra insurance, I place sticky traps across the engine. My current car has a plastic cover over the engine which helps prevent damage, but also gives the mice a surface to scurry across. That's where I've caught them every time. I went from catching at least a dozen every night to zero (for now) so the peppermint is working.
Thank You. I am going to try this tonight. I put out 4 containers of the Jiffy cornbread baking soda mix. This is September 29th 2023. I will let you know how it does. 😊
I used the baking soda with instant potatoes along with some sugar and cocoa. Worked great to rid my house of mice. Then I looked for the hole where they were getting in. Crack in foundation. As a bonus, fixing the crack got rid of house centipedes.
Also my grandfather had an old recipe that took care of a heavy rodent infestations. You mix 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of mortar mix and set a bowl of water next to it. If you want you can add some uncooked rice or potato flakes. So when the mix is eaten and they go to drink the water , the mortar mix hardens their insides absorbing all of their bodily moisture. Therefore , wherever they drop to die it eliminates the stink
Nice idea. Absorbing enough water inside a rat's carcass to minimise putrefaction is smart. Where they end up rotting has always been a concern with methods that don't kill them on the spot. I'll give your grandad's mix a shot, I suspect Australian rats won't be across this trick. Cheers mate..
Dollar General and Family Dollar both have marked ALL their mdse up .25 to .50 , so Dollar Tree aren't all the stores that are jacking their prices up... China needs the American dollar!!
I've done baking soda and instant mashed potatoes. I was told that the instant mashed potatoes would expand their stomachs in the baking soda would do exactly like you said. It worked for me I just have to make sure one of my children are here to pick the dead things up 😟
@pinemeadowshobbyfarmafruga8319 Can regular corn muffin mix work? How long after they eat till they die? Neighbor has a fountain and feeds them peanuts. I'm trying to get them out of the house. 😩
Love this! Another recipe my grandfather told me, was instant mashed potato mix with instant concrete powder. The mice/rats will get thirsty, drink some water, activate the concrete, and you know the rest. GAME OVER. 😋😋😋
Thank you Sir,I’m going to be using this in the city where people don’t take care of their trash or trash containers any more and across the US a rodent problem is building.great idea
I put it out the first night in front of 4 rat holes, next morning it’s all gone and I restocked it for next night but oddly enough there were no takers!oh I also added just a touch of powdered sugar which I think may have helped but regardless I’m just happy they didn’t go hungry!

This worked for me! Had mice getting in the house. Still haven't found the hole. Anyway, if baiting in the house, I suggest you put down a piece of wax, or parchment paper and set the container on it. We had two rat removal companies give us a quote to seal up three holes and set traps. The first company wanted $700. and the second company wants $2,500. We live in a senior community in Oregon outside the city limits. I’m going to try this today!
I tried it on a huge rat and it just wouldn't die. It kept belching and then getting very, very irate with me. It turns out that the rat was just a Chihuahua.
It works. I used corn meal instead of corn mix. Next day I could tell it was tampered into and I also got the gifts left behind. Wish I knew this during winter to keep those critters from debarking my figs. Thanks for your insight. I have been fighting these critters for 4 yr.
Thank you so much for sharing this information! I didn't want to sacrifice my last box of cornbread mix but I have plenty of oatmeal! Being from the South, I was taught to always have cornbread mix on hand, and _never_ throw out bacon grease! That stuff is gold! 😄 I also have lots of peanut butter (we are semi-preppers out of necessity) so I'm thinking about mixing several small pieces of the natural peanut butter into the bait to make it more attractive. I don't want to use rat poison because it could kill the predators of rodents and the carrion eaters. I love the ravens and turkey buzzards who live on my property and I would be heartbroken if they were poisoned. I begged a neighbor to stop using poison for his cannabis grow after I found a dead bobcat that crawled into my shed and died in agony. (I doubt that mice even eat marijuana)
You know that's right! I am going to treat mine to some TacoBell toooo-night!🐀💥 I might use some cornbread and baking soda as a backup but don't think I'll need it!!!
Hey it worked, and they whole sequence of accompanying. Pest all gone, 3 days, rat thing hit hard and rats are just about gone,, big property and big problem, thank God it worked, even the roaches and ants. Yipeeeee
@@cookiemama4 I put it in a open plastic container, but the humidity is too high now to use it, it seems to be wicking moisture to it and is pulling water now. I put them inside and out, dang everywhere. Since it is killing the roaches and ants.
I learned so much from your videos, I am so happy. Last year when it started getting cold, I started getting mice in my bedroom. My bedroom is up against the garage so of course we called an exterminator. He set all kind of traps. I have to be careful. We have cats and dogs. so we did catch the ones down the basement that he put traps along the walls. Tonight I was sitting in my bedroom with my little dog and I my usable grocery bag making noise. I rolled it up with everything else that was in there, ran outside with it and dumped it. I was so so afraid of the mouse. Now I realize that he was just gonna go back into the garage and come back into my room, so that's not gonna work for me, but I love the idea of the baking soda with the jiffy crust maker and I think that's fantastic. You gave me a new life. I'm going to try it tomorrow when I buy the ingredients. Thank you thank you thank you Teresa 😅
Thank you! My husband works on small engines, and they usually come with a pet and nest, so this is great! And I love that it's not toxic. Thank you again!
YOU are BRILLIANT!!!! This is the best solution I've heard of. I love that it's not harmful to other animals/pets, & that it's so CHEAP!!! THANK YOU so much=)
This shows more on this subject. Wont work on other critters but does work on ants, roaches and food moths., Here is why ruclips.net/video/RWCNERVbTs0/видео.html
I have to wonder about Chipmunks and Squirrels. We have loads of both of them and or course, they frequent the barn in search of feed for the Chickens. I love those critters and wouldn't want to harm them, but if you have a farm - you're going to have rats, too.
What a coincidence! I just put out this exact mix today under our outhouse (that is constantly inhabited by a pack rat until I catch it in the Rat Zapper) but this mix is much cheaper and easier than putting out other traps. Thanks Jerry!
@Wanda Smith lol the neighbors house only huh? That's like this guy in the video said the same thing. Having rats or mice doesn't make you dirty or nasty in anyways, it's a problem that needs dealt with. Your "friend" should be teaming up with their neighbors to tackle the problem, what's placing blame going to do? Stupidity at its finest.
@@wandasmith-de7vv right? Only had a mild problem with the occasional mouse in my house, so I have cats. But I live pretty close to the river, and when neighbor got chickens, oh! I started seeing mice and *rats* scurrying across the yard! Aw, No siree!!!!!
@@lovineveryminuetofit1314right but some neighbors have lots of debris and brush that harbor them BUT you R 💯% correct working together to rid the situation would be nice.
Always had good luck with old style wood spring traps as long as it’s adjusted properly and a hard bait smeared with peanut butter. Proper placement is critical. Along walls with bait to wall works. I also like the Wilson Predator Rat Trap in Canada or the Tomcat Rat Trap in the USA. Had great success with them. Another method is a mix of quick oats and quick-set Plaster of Paris with maybe a few raisins tossed in. Plaster hardens and plugs them up. Must be kept dry.
Glad to find this video, Jerry. I had been looking for something that would be safe for other wildlife, especially the hawks and owls that might eat the rodents. Happy to have found this natural solution.

I can hardly contain myself because my daughter ended up with her Prius being totaled by her insurance company and now my car is in the shop. Once it got up to $2000. I called the shop and told them I needed to call my insurance company to find out how much my deductible was and if they would cover this particular problem and they said yes. Not only did this young lady tell me the reason why rats are attracted to wires and hoses was because after the year 2000 the companies that makes these parts adds soy base with their other products and the insurance lady was kind to offer up this wide spread of complaints from their customers. I could hardly believe how much help she was to an older lady with very little money to get by on. Thank you for sharing your results with Jeffy cornbread mix with baking soda.👍
Oh my. Here is a tip. Get you some Peppermint Essential oil mixed with water in a spray bottle. Spray it bi weekly in your engine compartment. Rodents wont come near it.
A electrician told me they are looking for water. Rats stripped my electrical cord ate the water line on my washing machine. So when you set a trap set water out too.
Those electric wires are coated with a SOY based plastic which is sweet tasting to a rat. I had to replace all the wiring in a mobile home once due to that very thing.
@maehay4065 Great info! I've been trying to figure out why mice are attracted to car wires. I've been hearing more and more about this destruction from mice.
Thanks for the info. Less than three weeks after accidently happening upon this video, I started seeing rat scat in the kitchen and bathrooms. Set out some of the baits and have seen no more rat scat in the last month. How awesome is that?!?!?!?

The only problem with that is with rats and the problem being in your home, they will die there and start stinking. It probably isn't a good idea to use this in your home but to use traps so you can remove them.
i tried this, and i will not use anything else, it was freakin THE VERY BEST EVER IN MY LIFE! hats off to ya Pine Meadows, i could not believe it was that great, from something that simple!
I'm going to try this at my 90 year old Mom's house, tried the bucket with the rolling can, the electric shock box to no avail. Glad I ran across your video and will give it a shot! Thanks again!
Very nice! This is brilliant, I love that this doesn't harm the animals that eat the rodents. It's often an uphill battle to save foxes, coyotes, and birds of prey that find and eat animals killed with rodenticide, as they must be very sick before they can be captured and brought into care. Thank you for sharing this.
Be careful. If they have a nest in your house, they will die inside the house and the smell is awful and you may not know where to find the dead rodent. I manage rental properties and I’ve had to cut a dead mouse out of a wall. This remedy is good for barns, etc but not for when you have rodents inside your house.
Yes sir you are brilliant to figure this out. I don't want any poisonous residual leftover parts, food or chemicals in the soil. This seems to be safest way to get rid of the mice, going to give it a try for sure. I will get back to you my results. Thank you sir!
My father made a similar mix in the 1930s and 40s. His formula: rolled oats, baking soda, sugar and some times corn meal was substituted for rolled oats. The problem with this poison is rats will smell what the other one died from and won't eat it. The ingredients have to be changed from time to time to get them all. Rats and mice love sugar and most sweet things. Stale dry bread sprinkled with sugar and baking soda or sorbitol also works good. Hey good luck, and you're welcome in advance.
Hey it worked real good, 2 days after I saw a big diffetence, and they roaches in 1 day started to disappear. One thing, I suddenly had a massive ant invasion, but latterly in 3 hours they were gone! Bless God, I'm so happy, if it works on meal moths I will do back flips! God Bless

I was just speaking with my wife the other evening about ordering some this spring. Did you know they are neither a duck or a goose. Kind of a breed all to themselves.
Yes, I've studied on them a bit. They are quite unique, interesting, & do wonderful with my chickens. They don't require a large pond. In fact I just keep a large cheap plastic drywall mud tub from Lowes filled for them & the height n size is perfect for their bathing & playing in. Also easy enough to flip over to empty & clean out. You'll love the sounds Muscovy make. Quiet lil melodies of endearing tunes but occasional hissing or slight honk if alarmed or upset.
I never buy baking soda from the baking isle. I buy it from the laundry isle or the pool supply area when walmart has it. you will get a much bigger size for about half the price per oz. and you wont need to buy it as often. Just make sure it says baking soda and not washing soda. Also thanks for the tip will have to try this at my mom's. buying a house in the country in KY and she has been fighting the stupid things. can't use just anything since she has cats and dogs.
Thanks, I will be trying your suggestion also. The bucket and can setup has worked well for us, we use a pool noodle as a “ramp” to get up to the can level. Often times I don’t even put any bait on the can, mice like to climb up on things.

I tried this and it really works. I just modified it a bit and I was able to see the results because of modification. A little more expensive that's how I seen results. Save a little by using corn meal and baking soda equal mix. Place in flat aluminum pie plates. Now the pricey part but enabled me to see results. The flat glue traps. After rodents ingest enough of the mixture, moderator is right, mice and rats CAN'T burp or farther so mixture and their stomach acids EXPLODE, may not die immediately but will succumb. Passed this on to my homeowner friends. They were delighted to find such an easy solution that wouldn't harm their pets. BTW, it's not only higher DT prices - I just bought a roll of paper towels, discovered there's only 100 sheets compared to the last roll I bought that had 140 sheets. I kid you not. And that wasn't very long ago either.
We tried everything we could think of to get rid of an enormous vole (field mouse) infestation. All manual traps and commercial poisons we tried, failed. I saw the baking soda and flour method on RUclips back in ca. 2019 and decided to give it a try. It worked perfectly. I mix equal parts of cheap non-brand baking soda with the cheapest flour I can find. I mix in some sugar and pour it down every vole hole. It wipes them out fast.
@@farleytrading Voles are small rodents that are relatives of lemmings and hamsters, but with a stouter body; a longer, hairy tail; a slightly rounder head; smaller eyes and ears; and differently formed molars. They are sometimes known as meadow mice or field mice in North America.
The rotating can works very well, but you either have to put water in the bottom or increase the depth of the bucket by putting two of them together, because the mice can jump higher then the sides of a bucket.

I've also used a little less than 1 ounce Antifreeze mixed with about 5 drops of fruit juice (though antifreeze works without juice too) but this also can harm your pets. Your mix is ideal and a lot cheaper too.
I have been using your mixture, I see the dust powder in front of the container and some mice droppings in the container so I know they're eating it. I just can't wait for the day when there's no more evidence of them around I really hope it does work cuz I'm sick of being sick and tired these things taking over my house. Thanks for the help cuz I have tried everything even the glue stick that they're supposed to get stuff to doesn't work, lol you see the drop-ins on the glue but no mice, and those so-called plugins they sure don't work the companies only take your money but you still have the rodent problems. I have shared your mixture with others, so I hope they try it. God bless you, He has given you the wisdom, and you have in part you wisdom to others so that we too can benefit from it. Keep up the good work.

Sweet! I live out in the boondocks and every October we end up having to set out the traps. It was bad one year but we’ve learned how to limit them. This should seriously help us because we hate putting out poison, but they always take that with them and share it. This sounds much cheaper and more humane. Love living in the country, but the rats and raccoons get on my last nerve.
I'm glad to come across this ! Cornbread mix is cheaper and safer, for children and pets ! Plus I'm tire of the mice eating my clothes!supper tomorrow night is cornbread mix and baking soda, for our unwanted guest. Hope they enjoy it ! Yeah dollar tree said last year they were going up !darm inflation!
Peanut butter and baking soda works too. No more than 50/50 mix. Rodents will try to avoid the soda. The hens eat the carcasses if I allow it or miss them. No harm so far. 👍

There's no store around my part of northern Alberta that has "cornbread mix," but every grocery store carries 1 pound bags of cornmeal made by a local milling company. The recipe on the cornmeal bag (hasn't changed since I was a kid) is cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar, baking POWDER, and water. Unlike baking soda, baking powder reacts with water. 10 or so minutes in the oven & you've got cornmeal muffins or small cornbread loaves. Quick and delicious, anytime. :-) After seeing your video, I figured that the "ready made" Jiffy mix couldn't be all that much different than the recipe on our local mill's cornmeal bag. So, I mixed up one batch, leaving out the liquid and instead of baking powder, I put in quite a lot of baking soda (about the same proportions you show here). I did add the 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp salt the recipe calls for - I didn't know whether the rodents can smell that or not, but it's a small amount. I divided the resulting dry mix into containers with a hole in one end, and put them out along walls. It made short work of the mice. Alberta is rat-free because back in 1950, our Provincial government set up a Rat Patrol under the Department of Agriculture, complete with "Rat Report" phone numbers. Within ten years rats in Alberta were history. It's an ongoing thing - every year, the Rat Patrols find some rats who've come from Saskatchewan or Montana. They are hunted down year-round. I'm not a big fan of government programs, but I think this is one idea that's been well worth the cost. The "rat patrol" doesn't employ many people; farms and towns near the Provincial borders now know the signs of rats moving in, and the rat control officers keep looking until they're sure there are no more. It's worked for 70-odd years, and the cost is trivial compared to the damage rats do elsewhere.
If this works I will be very grateful. Unfortunately rats are an issue around the exterior of our home- we live in an old, wooden bungalow. Im putting in a garden this year and I don’t want to attract rodents. Thank you so much! I cant wait to try this method. It’s actually a relief to find this idea!
When you said they raised it to $1.25, I thought, oh well, it's only a quarter. But then when you said 25% increase, that's what got me. That's more than any store that I know of. WOW!

I started mixing red pepper flakes in the chicken feed. The birds love it, and the rodents don't. The birds don't taste the heat. The birds do get the added nutrients from the hot peppers. Even cayenne pepper powder works. These can be bought from the cheapest store you want. I try to find cheap organic products for my birds. You will be amazed how happy your birds will be to smell and see the added hot peppers and cayenne powder in the feed. You can hear my birds just talking about it while they are eating it. They actually aren't in any big hurry to eat ìf I don't include it in the feed. If I put it in, then I can hear the difference from them, and it works.

@@tammyfritschie1697 I'm going to try that! There is a tiny Asian food store in our town that sells some fresh vegetables that are locally grown. They sell these Thai peppers that are extremely hot! I love spicy food, and use jalapenos a lot. If I use 4 whole large jalapenos in a dish, I can substitute that with only 2 small Thai peppers and it's still hotter than the jalapenos! Those peppers are high in vitamin C that helps the birdies' immunity and overall health. I know what you mean about the delightful bird conversations we hear when they really like the food! Especially the corvids such as ravens and scrub jays that are very smart and playful. Years ago, there was a male roadrunner that used to sit outside the living room window and stare at the TV when it was on. I knew that roadrunners are meat eaters, so I put some cooked turkey out for it. The roadrunner came back many times and made a funny guttural sound that's unique to them, so when I heard that sound I would bring him food. One day I come outside with a plate of meat since I heard the familiar sound... only to be greeted by a magnificent raven who imitated the roadrunner's sound _perfectly!_ That was 8 years ago, and our raven friend found a mate and has had several offspring over the years. They are not tame, but they're friendly and seem to like us. Best friends I've made in many years!

@CrazyAfry - yeah. A typical response. Western? From US maybe? Just kill it. Instead of letting it go outside. The same way as with any other approach to any type nature. Bugs? Spiders in a house? Yeah. Kill them too. And then the bees, and... Ah, whatever. And if you are from US, you are pretty good at this anyway so you may as well continue with the rest of the planet and nature.

The main reason why this rat looked bloated is because the baking soda most likely blew up it's stomach.

If you have the coverage, your Insurance Co will cover the rat damage. Does not make your premiums go up as you are not responsible for the damage.
My Mom had a mouse get up under her hood a few years ago & he chewed up a bunch of wires. Mice damage can get expensive.
We will try
@@praful6890 I've had people laugh at me for keeping full coverage on my 20 year old hoopty Piece O Crap car, but we have extreme rodent situation where I live, had two nice Subarus eaten by rats!
My car has such low value, the insurance co. would most likely total the car if it had major wiring damage.
Subaru makes their plastics out of soy, corn, and wheat, and they use PEANUT oil to lubricate the wires they pull through wiring harnesses! Why not put a neon sign on the car that says, "Free Rat Buffet Nightly! Bring the family!"
I went to start the car one morning, absolutely dead.

I’ve been doing this for a few months around my chickens but I use oats and it works amazing.
Thank you so much for sharing this information! I didn't want to sacrifice my last box of cornbread mix but I have plenty of oatmeal! Being from the South, I was taught to always have cornbread mix on hand, and _never_ throw out bacon grease! That stuff is gold! 😄
I also have lots of peanut butter (we are semi-preppers out of necessity) so I'm thinking about mixing several small pieces of the natural peanut butter into the bait to make it more attractive.

I have to wonder about Chipmunks and Squirrels. We have loads of both of them and or course, they frequent the barn in search of feed for the Chickens. I love those critters and wouldn't want to harm them, but if you have a farm - you're going to have rats, too.
I use live traps on those types of creatures.
I second the motion!
What a coincidence! I just put out this exact mix today under our outhouse (that is constantly inhabited by a pack rat until I catch it in the Rat Zapper) but this mix is much cheaper and easier than putting out other traps. Thanks Jerry!
I'm telling my sister law to mix this up and put it around her 🏡for those Big Rats 🐀 that's by they House that's coming from her Neighbors House
@Wanda Smith lol the neighbors house only huh? That's like this guy in the video said the same thing.

Thank you, seen a mouse in the house today. Definitely ready to try this. And your right, that’s a heck of an inlflation, 25%
Fantastic!
Be careful. If they have a nest in your house, they will die inside the house and the smell is awful and you may not know where to find the dead rodent. I manage rental properties and I’ve had to cut a dead mouse out of a wall. This remedy is good for barns, etc but not for when you have rodents inside your house.
The Federal Reserve flooded the money supply with trillions of new dollars without backing, and the value of the dollar decreased by 25%.
Exactly my thoughts on the price hike
Shopping at Dollar Tree is not fun anymore!
Wonderful. I feed my dead rodents to a murder. ruclips.net/video/X2GNa0kWNz8/видео.html

That is wonderful to know. I did not conceive of the idea this would kill that many of a variety of pests.

Thank you for the great advice. I've been successful with Rite Aid brand chocolate cube laxatives which are cheaper than Exlax but these can harm your pets if they get to them. I've also used a little less than 1 ounce Antifreeze mixed with about 5 drops of fruit juice (though antifreeze works without juice too) but this also can harm your pets. Your mix is ideal and a lot cheaper too.

Then when birds of prey eat the rats or mice, it kills them, too. Please don't use antifreeze to kill rodents.

After seeing your video, I figured that the "ready made" Jiffy mix couldn't be all that much different than the recipe on our local mill's cornmeal bag.
Any mix with sugar or honey with the baking soda should work well.
Finally, a government program that is useful!
That is cool no rats at all. Becareful of chinese food though
Nyc has a small rat patrol. They are trying to recruit more help. Its always a good idea to kill a RAT
I hope it works. Walked in barn today and saw two big rats. I just put out the bait about an hour ago. 🤞
I have to keep up on this as rats move in from the nearby forest.
Did it work?
I didn’t know a rat couldn’t fart. 😳 Learn something new every day. Every day. 🤣 Thanks you for the tip I will use that on my mice I have out here. 👍👍
Glad I could help
Neither can cockroaches.
When you said they raised it to $1.25, I thought, oh well, it's only a quarter. But then when you said 25% increase, that's what got me. That's more than any store that I know of. WOW!
In these videos I answer your questions and also offer solutions and products to repel rodents: ruclips.net/video/NUuqAmE1NE8/видео.html - and Huntavirus by CDC ruclips.net/video/5hdsjebQzwM/видео.html. Thanks so much for watching.
As a child I remember my folks putting out dishes of Dr. Pepper, Coke, etc. Any carbonated soda works. Rodents can't pass gas.
Yes, Beer works as well.
doesn't that go flat? it's a good idea nonetheless
Welp I gonna try this ...we r about nuts trying all these ideas ... that cornmeal didn't work for us any way
Wow!!!
I added some nuts to the beer and fat dead rats were everywhere.
My Mom sent me this and it works thank you! I hadnt watched it yet so you made yours way easier lol but I made balls of peanut butter with baking soda and put them out and found 4 dead rats already. It sucks bc I live in a big city so I think Ill always have to deal with this but I really hope to make a dent in how many we see. Thank you!!! 🙏🏾

Thanks so much for your tip! We’ve developed a mouse problem in our chicken coop that’s become intolerable. They’re everywhere and they’re as destructive as all get out. I was tickled find your video. While it brings me no joy at all knowing how these little creatures are going to die, I have peace knowing my chickies will be safe, not having poison in their midst. Thank you again!!
Glad I could help.
Can’t wait to try this. I’ve suddenly noticed flour all over my pantry floor and immediately went to the hardware store to purchase some traps. Total waste of money! I was just about to go back to buy the old fashioned rat traps when I came across your video. Got a real education as well! Thanks soooooo much!
@@tammyfritschie1697I’m gonna try this!!! I saw a rat today and dispatched one stuck in the wall of my coop. I have hundreds of cayennes growing in my garden and I don’t like spice lol
One day I come outside with a plate of meat since I heard the familiar sound... only to be greeted by a magnificent raven who imitated the roadrunner's sound _perfectly!_
That was 8 years ago, and our raven friend found a mate and has had several offspring over the years. They are not tame, but they're friendly and seem to like us. Best friends I've made in many years!
Im so glad i came across this video im watching it and all of a sudden the mice zooms in and out of my room😩 i will be trying this method thanks a bunch
You got this! This solution is working well for myself the thousands of other's whom have tried it. I did a video which explains the lawfulness of catching critters and releasing them. ruclips.net/video/NUuqAmE1NE8/видео.html - And a video showing this stuff really does work well ruclips.net/video/mAly4sBM63I/видео.html.
