You need to try the new Estar off 290 and Dacoma. They have a large sushi area that is so good, also their chicken vegetable soup is good. As a plus they have a robot hostess that could seat you and if it is your birthday the robot will do a whole music dance. Pro tip at all the Estar buffets they put the fresh food at the bottom, so best to not get the food on top of the tray...

You didn't show egg rolls, oysters,clams, mussels,salt & pepper crab, crawfish or crab legs,fried rangoons,orange chicken, not even soups or ice cream...

On the bean thing.... Green beans and string beans are the same thing, but the term "string" is mostly kinda outdated. The name "string" comes from the fibrous/ tough string that runs the length of the pod, which have to be removed before eating. Also sounds like you get hunger headaches.

The name of restaurant is Hai Cang Harbor Seafood Restaurant, 11768 Bellaire Blvd, Houstonm TX 77072. I recently went and was impressed on how good the dishes were. I hope you will try it with your husband.

All Hoisan/cantonese style dishes. Nothing too spicy! I think they are all good and it would depend on what you are in the mood for. They have been around for a while, but recently remodeled and it is a much nicer place.

It's called Umi Seafood restaurant. They have lobster during dinner time, but it's chopped up in tiny pieces. They also have snow crab legs, lamb, steak, sushi and free boba drinks. For that price they have high end meats and seafood.

But for the price point, not bad at all especially for all you can eat.
