Really dope video dude! Lately I have been playing a bunch of these rage inducing titles, most noteably Jump King, and I just have to agree with the points you make here. Compared to your average games, these just really feel like they reward you the most if you push on. Sure, it could've been an easier journey to get to the top of the mountain in Getting Over it or the babe in Jump King, but it wouldn't feel the same. There's a certain pride you have for beating these games despite the odds, like a, "I fell from the last area 5 times... and still did it," kind of feeling. Each game does a good job at making you focus just as much on the journey as the destination by making it so hard to progress that, you just want to see what the next part has in store. So yeah, I'm glad you made a video talking about these games because I find them really awesome. Also, this doesn't feel, "too similar to Foekoe," at all. I see the derivative touch you got from Foekoe, but you have your own flair and it's really cool. Keep up the good work bro
Great video man. Keep up the good work. What got me into rage games was Getting Over it. I played that game for a bit before beginning to speedrun it. I got decent, I can now consistently, and effortlessly beat the game in less then 10 minutes each time. Then onto pogostuck, this game I finished for the first time last week. With a time of 26 hours, 36 minutes and 27 seconds, let me tell you, I absolutely hated and loved the game. There were times where I just couldn't stand to play it anymore, times where I absolutely loved it. The movement started feeling so good. I could tell I was getting better, I could do parts that took me hours originally in the matter of minutes. I became obsessed with that game, playing it when I could, watching videos of it when I couldn't. The next game is Jump King. The only game of which I haven't gotten yet, and the game I promised myself I'd get and beat next. I'm sure it'll be a challenge, but one I'm excited to partake in
As one of the few adventurers that has beat all maps for jump king pogo stuck and goi. It has taken me just under 150 hours of pain joy laughter and so so much rage
I really decided to embrace my inner Foekoe with this one, if you think it looks and feels too much like him feel free to tell me
kool stuff, lookin forward to more content.
