- 🇭🇷 It’d been my dream to sail in Croatia since I obtained my skipper licence. After Discovering Dubrovnik, We are in Split Now.

We all Heard @hajdukofficial Those Who Bet on the Football Games like me. They already know the City. But I didn’t know, I was Going to see one of the best preserved Old Cities of Croatia
Diocletian’s Palace definitely worth visiting attraction in Croatia. City of Split actually was founded over the Diocletian Palace Complex. We will see some nice parts of this palace in our episode.
If you’ve not checked the earlier episodes, you can find the Playlist in the Link Up there. I recommend you to see them as well. However Each Episode has its own Story anyways.
Today will be heading to @Aci-marinas to start our Bare Boat Charter in Croatia. I found the Company called @AstareayachtingCroatia they were super responsive. It was a Last Minute Booking so I got a bit of discount and decided to get our Rental Sailing Boat @BeneteauYachtChannel Oceanis 31 “Honey”
We spent a lovely week full of joy and we will definitely rent a boat or rent a bareboat in Croatia once again. If not from Split I really want to do it From Zadar. Let’s see To where the days will lead us ?
We will start the day with talkative people. First the Aussies. Earlier we noticed many Australians and I wanted to ask Why Australians preferred Croatia as the Summer Holiday Destination ?
I got my answer from the Real Australians. Most of them they arrive here, from a long distance to Join the @sailcroatia There are different expectations and different cruises. Navigator, Explorer, Elegance

Secondly Cool @Uber Driver made the journey so comfortable with his talkative features. When I realized He’s Driving Peugeot 308 Diesel I wanted to talk about his opinion on Electric Cars. Since I also Drive a GOLF 7 Diesel Our opinions matched. Also As a skipper I know How Efficient the Diesel Motors can be in long distances. I still believe Electric Cars are only good for the City. He doesn’t even think in the city Electric Cars vs Diesel Cars.
After the Bare Boat Check in, Paper Work ,we depart from Marina back to Bus Station. From Marina there was a Boat Service Available but we took a walk.
I tried to learn about @nextbikede of Split. However Next Bike Kiosk didn’t seem to want, getting anyone registered to the System. I use Air Alo App. (I explained in the Second Episode) services like SMS or Call from E - Sim was not supported in my Package. So I couldn’t get registered.
After I got my laptop back we went to visit Diocletian Palace Split, There will be a bit of explanation about his era however you can watch the detailed historical explanation in the video below. It was a really well prepared content

Diocletian Palace creates the core of modern Split. I had developed an interest on the Roman Emperors Since I started guiding. Also I’m now realizing that We were taught a curriculum about Ottomans and Pre - Post Republic Gains. Romans were the ones defeated badly :)

So it was the time to do the check in to the boat. Joseph or we can call him Yes Man. Helped us and made an easy and quick check in process. I already looked - checked the inventory list and some other basic details of the boat, he was comfortable and professionally assist us to get to know the boat and suggested us to stay in the port because of the wind. That strong wind is Called Bura in Croatian. Bora in Turkish.
After the check in process we went to see Songkillers Croatian Band in Split Park Festival. It’s a nice environment and good fun. Split Park Festival is a fairly new organization and it allows people to relax in the park with some nice live performances. Songkillers Band had a nice performance with his new and old songs.
