    True Reformation is never over.
    Jesus and the Apostles lead the charge against Institutionalised Judaism and has continued ever since the Church became the Institution and began adding to the Gospel.
    The Reformation continues today, not only against Catholicism, but against any Branch or Denominational Institution that sways away from the Gospel of the Scriptures.

I don’t understand the Roman Catholic Church, I don’t understand the Eastern Orthodox Church. I grew up going to a baptist church but that was also a lot of singing. I want to hear people like Mr. White and Jeff Durbin speak about God. I want to be challenged in my beliefs, I want to leave church filled with huge emotions that will force me to reflect. will any protestant preacher EVER speak of the unbelief that is manifest in us protestants shown clearly by the way we live our lives?
    We, he did mention that the true gospel of Christ does gives us PEACE
    and if we do not have it - that which the world does not give, that which surpasses understanding - we do not believe the gospel
    so we are backslidden and so indeed to be called to repentance.
    but no. Rome is an easy target, and it is easier to point the finger than examine our own lives

    I’m having a hard time believing that there are certain Catholics that will go to heaven in spite of the Catholic Church.
    My late grandparents were Catholic. Grandpa left, but didn’t go to another church. Grandma was devout until death last month.
    What I saw from my Christian family is a lack of evangelism because they believed that she will go to heaven in spite of the errors of the church.
    This logic seems to actually acknowledge that the RCC is a legitimate path to salvation. That there is a way while in the RCC that you will be saved.
    This I cannot acknowledge.

      I'm learning a lot of Catholics are genuine Christians. I believe you can fully understand modern Catholicism and be a Christian. I've been surprised how much of Catholic teaching is rooted in Scripture.
      I've also learned the Protestant church has SO many planks to take out of out own eyes. One example is that the Southern Baptist church wrote a letter in support of abortion two years before Roe v Wade. The church has also universally been against birth control until the 1930s when Protestants accepted the practice.
      The Catholic church stood against birth control and abortion the whole time.
      Today, almost all Protestants I know support using the Pill even though it can cause an abortion to take place after a conception. How many billions of babies have been murdered due to the Pill? The Catholic church remained against the Pill even before we knew it caused abortions. There have been 2 billion abortions globally since abortion was legalized globally. There's probably be way more unknown abortions caused by the Pill.
      Also, the Catholic Church has remained faithful to the historic teaching on divorce. If you divorce and remarry, Jesus said you are committing adultery.

  • @Erick-zp8vm
    @Erick-zp8vm 11 месяцев назад +2

    Here's a few reasons why I am a Roman Catholic Christian. Catholicism has a fifteen hundred year history before Protestantism happened. If you went to a church in Paris, France in the year 1000, it would have been a Catholic church. God's promise was to be with the Church throughout time, not from 1517 onward. And if I were to be a Protestant, which denomination would it be? There are over two thousand Protestant denominations. So which one is the true one? And a very important point which the Catholic Church as always taught is that Christ is truly present in the Eucharist, body and blood, soul and divinity. In the gospel of John Jesus talks about His Body and Blood, being true food and true drink. There was a murmuring in the crowd. Some of them said talk such as this is hard to endure. Did Jesus say come back, that's not what I meant. He lost many followers that day. And he said to his apostles do want to leave too and what did Peter say, Lord, to whom shall we go, for you have the words of everlasting life! I believe what Jesus said and that is what the Roman Catholic Church says. Praise be Jesus Christ now and forever! Amen.

      “I have seen the ugly, greedy side of capitalism” true capitalism is free people trading with other free people, what you are describing is not capitalism, but crony capitalism.

    • @caseycockerham3925
      @caseycockerham3925 Год назад

      Dont know what being white or being from a Latin country has to do with anything. Greed is universal. If anything, it's lust, which is a perversion of wanting something. Everyone lusts after different things in an unnatural and perverse manner at different times. If you think capitalism is generally associated with protestantism, then that's because of one of the principles that was emphasized during the Reformation called "The protestant work ethic ". Coming from Luther and other reformers who realized that any vocation outside of any official clergy position was just as honorable and worthy if done for the glory of God. Any legitimate work could be a holy ministry unto itself if Christ was being honored. This ultimately produced the greatest economic system the world had ever seen in capitalism. Everyone freely buying and selling to the common good of one another. If you're describing the greed associated with the human heart, then you're describing a perversion of that system. True capitalism is a mutually beneficial system for all that developed from hard work associated with the glory of God. Take out God's glory, and you're left with a system that can be easily perverted
