    Great video for those who don’t understand this 👍🏼 I do scratch my ugly head sometimes why use BBF though. I get it, but for action shots in AFC I like shutter AF better. You don’t have to think about two actions, just press the shutter and job done. Would be great though if you could disengage the shutter AF with a button push instead of going into my menu.

    You are also missing the point with back button ficus (BBF)
    It is not just for action.
    AFC with BBF replaces the need to ever shoot AFS.
    Simply take your finger off the back button and the camera stops focusing, which is THE SAME as AFS.

      @PedroSantos81 5 лет назад +1

      i kinda knew this but wasn't paying much attention to it until now, that's why some of my football shots come out not so sharp, simply because I let go of the BBF too soon or too quick... well said, mate

    Hi! I’m new to your channel!! I totally dig it!!
    I was a full frame canon shooter got bored with their button lay out moved to Sony full frame but their lay out is worse than canons plus my hands “umbrella” the entire camera, I ran into your reviews of the Nikon D500 I really don’t care about the crop sensor, actually I like to keep my computer running. I just want to feel back on “beast mode” like you put it, my question is would you put an off brand say Tamron 45mm 1.4 or the native Nikkor 50mm f1.4? I also like the extra reach on those lengths on the crop sensor. Thanks
