I wouldn’t. One of the things I like best about it is it corners way better than my Ranger Lariat FX4 did. And It still is pretty good off-roading. 🤷♂️👌
Looks great lifted. I hated these when they came out, but after watching videos and getting more used to the style, I am really liking the aesthetics and they seem capable enough off road. I’m just so uneasy about the engine choices. Wish they offered a plain gas 6cyl. I feel like there will be a pile of trashed bronco sports once they hit 100k miles with those turbo 3 or 4 cylinder engines.

It is very small, I get that it could be convenient but I have hardly used it. It did come in handy for some lumber I took from Home Depot once, so there is that I guess. Still dig the vehicle, however.
I would argue it's better to utilize a long travel kit when they come out, lifting can cause issues, but long travel will retain stock geometry, but also lift and widen it, and increase total wheel travel. Edit: I just realized it may be macpherson strut all around in which case lift is the only option. Edit2: I take it all back it's macpherson all 4 corners

I used to install katzkin and those wrinkles wouldn’t have passed our quality control other than that they look good. Installer should have used the heat gun and rubbed the wrinkles out
Just purchased a Outer Banks over the weekend. Loving it. Question about the lift kit. What effects did it have on handling, performance, EPA? Also does it affect warranty? Guess the don't answer? Also they never did tell us SHOULD we LIFT but just a big sales pitch

Under federal law any alterations that don't damage the vehicle cannot void your warranty. The only exception is that the same warranty cannot cover the catastrophic failure of whatever alterations you add onto it.
Should you lift a bronco is the title of this video.. do you think you can do a short video time to time that pertains to the video title? You make some very awesome videos, full of valuable information.. but this video here doesnt give you a short and clear answer. They ended up being a "features" video. Just a suggestion because it would have been nice to have a 3 minute video explaining nothing but the lift. Thanks and keep up the good work
hello! i own the 2021 Bronco sport and i have the Rough Country Bull bar + Light pods and the Rough Country 40' Light bar for roof Rack, I just had the Rough Country Lift kit ordered today and had the 255 K02's put on the day after the truck was purchased (Jan). Keep in mind 265 KO2 will NOT work unless lifted (i should have orderd the lift kit first lol but i wasnt intrested in it at the time as the 265s touch without the lift)

Price on base model is $26k+ with a msrp of $28k+…that’s not including dealer mark ups. You’d be luck to get out the door with a mid tier ecoSport for $24k. I love that every video I’ve seen, the dealer says the price is thousands lower than reality. 🤦🏽♂️
Yep, I put down $6900 on a 2022 big bend that was MSRP at 35k, with all the hidden costs, still financed 30 grand... Dealerships make a bunch of cash in finance deals and ripping you off for your trade in (which I fell for that trick, GMC offered 27k for my trade in whereas Ford have me 23k, but they knew I was trapped because I traveled 1.5 hours to get the Bronco because they are so hard to get hands on today.
It was really weird knowing I was getting screwed while it was happening, but I really wanted the Bronco and was tired of searching the web and calling dealerships.
It would look weird lower. I own an Outer Banks. We drove it from Virginia to Montana and back with zero problems from the hood height. I'm 6' 2" and it wasn't an issue. My 2017 F350 Platinum is more comfortable, but cost as much as two 2021 Bronco Sport Outer Banks, so should be nicer.
When questions like "Should I do this or that mod?" come up, I have two answers, "It depends," and/or, "don't try to make a fork into a spoon, just get a spoon."
It depends on the majority conditions that it is driven. If most driving is done on nothing worse then uneven dirt roads, then any modification of it's suspension will likely create unsafe conditions and undue expense
I would love to be the winner of such an awesome rig. It reminds me of my old 2008 escape before it was unfortunately totaled. I absolutely love my 2015 F-150 lariat which came in afterward.
I put a 1.5 inch spacer lift on my 2017 Escape and it didn't affect ride at all. Since it doesn't change travel or the spring rate of the strut, it doesn't change how it rides. Now if the spacer goes into the strut or you lift via longer springs, that will definitely change the ride.
That have a spacer kit, and a strut replacement kit for the front. I think the back has to go on spacers regardless but you can swap the front out with what rough country offers.
Hello, I own the 2021 Bronco sport and a i just had the Rough Country lift ordered for my Bronco Sport today through my local bodysho and i can confirm 100% it will NOT void your warrenty as verified by my local Ford Dearlership.

On a side note, as long as you find a shop thats partnered with RC (listed on their website) you can buy these parts at a discounted price and have additional warrenty.

@@orunenf5533 according to my dealer it does not, as its basicaly a spacer, once i showed my ford dealer the parts in question i was putting on they assured me it would not void warrenty as im not altering the factory design of the suspension. So i went straight to my body shop which is an authorized dealer for RC and had the parts ordered through them. Even if the Suspension is dmged over time, RC has a 5 year warrenty on the parts and the body shop im using will fix at no cost. As long as you buy through an RC authorized dealer (you can see body shops that are RC authorized on their website) youl be fine.

Not the same at all, take one for a test drive! The sports alone are bigger than a jeep wrangler. They're heavy with impressive horsepower for the small engine that's in it.
Not sure that I like the camo decals on the TC Customs bronco sport (can be seen by going to the link for the lift). :/ I think the plain white or maybe a top hat setup would have looked nicer. For a marketing vehicle though it does bring attention to itself, so it's got that going for it.

But i put on 255 KO2 all terrains (from 225's) the day after i bought the truck. i put RC's Bull bar and Light pod kit, RC's 40' light bar and RC's lift kit(ordered today) as seen in this video and ARB Offroard is releasing in a couple of months the 5th wheel mounting kit, like how jeeps have their 5th wheel mounted on the rear which im looking forward to (Ford just began advertising this with their new partnerships when they (Ford) crashed the JEEP event at the Moab last month.
There's an issue when you have to go down on your knees to discuss the interior of the vehicle. The Bronco Sport is a complete miss for Ford. Look at the sales numbers for the Jeep Compass, its main competitor. It's garbage. Its geared towards 20-30 y/o single women who are clueless about vehicles.

Loved my 15 lariat! Had the 5.0 3" lift 35" tires with the 6.5' bed, it looked TOUGH.. Now I drive a wrangler and my wife drives a bronco like this
