    Reda, if I've understood correctly, I have to install Tight VNC application on my computer and not on the ROBOT server?

      No you have to install it on the robot server.

      Hello Raul,
      In the machine where you’re going to lunch the process.
      So I guess it’s the virtual machine in your case.

      @@redamarzouk so. If i want to visualize a virtual machine where production environment is set from my local pc, I need to install tightvnc in that prod virtual machine instead of my pc? I thought i only had to install on the pc where you want to visualize

      @@raulmorenopovedano7506 TightVNC gives Orchestrator access to the machine where the robot is running.
      So yeah TightVNC should be installed in your prod machine.

      Hello Ahmed.
      I haven't seen any restrictions on screen resolution in the official documentation.
      So the answer is yes, it should work with all resolutions.
