    Do the three caps you switched out (old and new) tell you which way the polarity runs? Or do you need something to read the way they run?
    Got a 73 Champ OG tubes and inners.
    Plays super quiet… guy I got it off says tubes… which I’ll do but wouldn’t hurt to switch those caps out.
    Any idea on why and what would make it be quiet.

      A little late but yes your caps will show the polarity… If you look at the split one at the beginning of the video you can see the pluses.

    You didn't bias it. That resistor fried that cap for a reason.

    Hello!! Very nice video!!!
    I have the same kind amp, I bought it in nice conditions but now it doesn't sound right in my opinion, sounds very bright and like to mucho distortion. I don't know what could be the problem, I changed the tubes but still sounding as I said.

      replace the filter cap
