Will water vapour build up in the wall assembly if you don’t have a smart vapour barrier behind the plaster to control water vapour condensation on the cold surfaces of the internal side of the external walls?
Thanks for the comment. The short answer is not in our experience. We have sensors in the wall assembly of a project monitoring any occurrence of condensation which there has been none. It is worth noting that the project is sub 1ACH with a centralised HRV system maintaining a stabilised internal humidity level.
