Our DCI is very composed and Calm I could be the one.. That thing could have done it's work.. But huyu DCI wetu is from another level may all officers copy his calmness especially from the angle of viewing issues and handling them.. He is one in a billion.. This doctor has an affair with the officer's wife. The issue of a 2.1 loan is a lie, they were defrauding the officer off his money. He has already gone against his professional ethics. Infact he should loose his licence. There's no agreement for a loan between two parties without witnesses and documentation.
