- In this episode, a shortcut through the Dades Valley has us crossing a 4x4 trail on dry riverbeds running through Berber settlements and taking us on an 8 hour trail. Gorgeous and unexpected!
Thank you so much for stopping by and watching!

Awesome thanks
That gorge looks amazing
I have done it once with 6 vehicles tough going 💪
Really enjoyed this one!
Thanks!
Congr. ..
This! This is how I would like to travel sometime! 😍😍
Nice video. That was one of the off-road tracks I suggested. Hope you liked it. Best wishes for the rest of the trip back to SA!
Braviiiiiiii .........geographic-expedition.it too bad not to have met you in Bad Kissingen
We'll definitely be back to Bad Kissingen - maybe next year :-)
Great video, I really like your journey.
Thanks so much!
Just re watching this one, and we struggled to see the track at times, believe it or not it's on the Michelin map as a road
Loved how the Landy handled, was worried about departure angles for you! How long is that box anyway? Looks great in the wild and no scraping!
Thanks Dan! The box is 3.3 metres long so it doesn't have a massive overhang at the back.
Love your videos, love your books even more and I'm looking forward to your next book like nothing else. One thing about this particular video though - I have to keep one hand on the volume control constantly to hear both the commentary and the music, your volume levels are a bit wonky (like 5:10 and then suddenly 5:40). No big deal otherwise, but the kids are just going to sleep in the next room :) I've wanted to go to Morocco for a long time now, this isn't helping.
Thanks for that. Yes, our audio has been a bit of an issue and unfortunately the blasted wind doesn't help much. Go to Morocco, it is an amazing country with amazing scenery and fantastic people! We will definitely be returning one day!
