I just had two one hour lessons with Jess and they were absolutely brilliant he knows the ST swing inside out and after a long absence from the game due to injury he had me striking the ball better than ever ,thanks Jess :)

Thanks Jeff, I have just retired and taken up golf again after a 10 year hiatus. I watch your P1 - P10 video daily to try and get a more consistent swing with the objective of knocking 10 or hopefully more shots off a round. Keeping my head still and not drifting to the right is my main issue as well as bring the club back along the same path as the backswing.

Jess both yourself and Nick Taylor changed my golf experience for the better. Although I am hitting my driver straighter I just cannot get the distance I am after. Currently around 200 yards. Love to get it to 230 to 240.

Excellent explanation and demonstration Jess in how to keep the head still during the swing! I have always liked your tilt and turn recommendation and now your drill with putting your left hand on the left thigh and turning is great in showing how to keep the head still. Staying centered is very important in making the golf swing! Well Done Jess!!

So, how many hours a week do you spend in the gym to maintain as best as possible core strength to enable a consistent swing?
You can do plenty of exercise by either going to the gym or not going to the gym. But golf doesn’t require you to be super flexible or super fit to play well but it does help:)
