I purchased mine last year in May have done lots of non aggressive trail riding, some mud but not crazy, but mainly I purchased to bring my boat on trailer to hard to get to fishing spots as I was damaging my truck too much. I have the two seater model with all the bells and whistles. I just recently purchased a plow to clean driveway with, the only change I have made was switch out winch cable for rope. I can tell you I couldn't be happier all round it does the job without any issues for what I wanted it for. I have had 0 issues with dealer although all I have had to do was regular service on it. I did many comparisons of other brands and for everything that comes on and with this machine it was anywhere from 5000 - 10000 Canadian cheaper with all same options. The boat I have that I pull for 20 km one way thru some narrow rocky/ big boulders hilly trails is a Legend 16 foot pro sport tiller and it pulls with absolutely no hesitation even if trails are wet. also speed wise I have had mine up to 105km/h with me and my son on it I am 270lbs and he is around same weight. although I only did it once for a lets see kind of thing it goes if wanting it to. I for one would highly recommend this machine over any other in its class.

    Tops out around 103km/h.
Axles are for the hybrid they have planned for it. Half the reason I bought this was it's built for more weight and more power so with just the gas engine it should hold up. Other half of the reason was 18 month warranty from factory with unlimited extensions
I have the same problem with the wide seat, thick legs so it's sometimes easier to sit further back than normal or just stand
Takes a really long time to clean this bike after rides. Plastic racks hold a lot of mud that never seems to end and the rear end holds a lot too. Ended up taking the hitch and hitch mount off as i'll never tow anything and it collected mud in there. Rear end does have a lot of room though most likely for the hybrid battery or motor
Overall happy with my purchase, 200km+ to a tank of fuel is nice

Update: Do not buy in Canada... Very Frustrated.
Dealers are struggling to get reimbursed for warranty work with segway powersports canada. Which is leading to them dropping the brand leaving customers hung out to dry as a result.
I currently have 3900km; 125 hours on my 2021 Snarler AT6SX since buying new in feb 2022. Bearings gone on rear tires, seals gone on rear diff, exhaust rattle that's very annoying, 4wd and diff lock make a noise when I hit the button but dont show anything on the display, the transmission is very clunky starting off slow, transmission disengages going downhill and almost stalls leaving it in a "neutral" downhill until you hit the gas again it'll then engage.
I was very happy with this bike starting out, but with no local support within 3 hours and those dealers also considering dropping the brand im about to be left with a $12,000 lawn ornament that has a warranty sheet worth nothing.
As a side note in case you're thinking I just pound on it and that's why it has so many issues the 3900 km is all trail riding and railbed riding. I've only needed the 4wd maybe 2 times and never in deep water/mud.

Thanks for the detailed review. Very tempted having seen one here in Portugal. Two questions: 1. what is the acess to oil dipstick and radiator cap for checking / topping up water? 2. How do you rate this Segway 570 for pulling a bathtub sized trailer of heavyish logs -up a medium sloped hill? Pushing my luck? I probably need an 850cc version!

As a comment about the axels, the snarler will come with a hybrid 570cc with 86 hp and 92nm. On RUclips you can find examples of the hybrid version (snarler at6h)
The next level is the 1000cc snarler with a v-twin engine and 107hp.
They will hopefully be released in 2023-2024

I operate an ATV/UTV service and repair shop in N.S. and my neighbors have two Snarlers and have brought them to me for repairs because the local seller offers little to no service and says they can not get parts for them . the suspension on these one year old machines is worn out , wheel bearings are shot , a-arm and knuckle bushings worn completely out . I searched everywhere trying to find a service manual for torque specs and repair info only to find nothing is available . These should not be allow in Canada without reliable repair options available to the consumers.

I also got one from Truro motorsports and have several issues. Called the other dealers and they're saying the same thing as truro, Segway powersports canada isn't reimbursing dealers for their warranty work. Truro got into a fight with them and segway canada dropped them as a dealer.
I'm about to be stuck with a $12,000 lawn ornament since im from pictou county and the nearest dealers are moncton or bridgewater. Talking with them they're also considering dropping the brand

Segway is coming out hard. As for the hybrid version that would be sweet. But I think it would only be in the long chassis due to the batteries and extra electronics.
