Great video! The thing you show with your hand to increase the resistance so the cardboard becomes more "fluffy". Is it the metal plate in the back that you've put there or how have you done to increase the resistance?

I think I understand now. You mean that you really keep your hand there and not that you've mounted something.
Yes, just hold the cardboard back with your hand. The card board itself will continue to hold it back once you get it started.

Yes it will shred tape, labels, plastic packing slips etc... We have taken it apart just a couple of times and re greased the bushings.

Never sold the material. Just use it in our daily packages.
