Omg - I felt the EXACT same way about the dog howling. You literally took the words out of my mouth, right before I said them! This particular time, when the howling began - chills. BAD chills. Dark destiny type stuff. Gave me the heebie-jeebies. 😳😰
I'm wondering if it was day or night? Dogs mostly howl at night, when it's dark out. But for some reason I got the weird feeling that this time the dog was howling during the day. (like they do when someone dies)
Negatiive behavior consequences:
The person doing neg. behavior knows what they do is neg. Yet for whatever reason they feel unable to stop themselves. This causes many harmful or even life changing consequences.
Firstly after they do this neg action, they feel stress, anxiety, even guilt worriying "what will my family/friends say if they find out what I did?" This in turn causes drug/alcohol abuse which in the long run makes neg behavior even worse so its an endless cycle of 'Bad behavior-anxiety, fear, stress - self medicating begins leading to more bad behavior - and eventual drug and alcohol addiction trying to numb the fear-guilt-anxiety, with drugs resulting in a severe decline in mental health (depression, anxiety disorders, isolation). They start to become highly critical and pressure peers to start using the same neg behavior they are destroying their own lives with, resulting in loss of friends and family.
