There is actually explanation for adding alif after hamza and sometimes no alif.
Any word that ends with tanween fat-h u gotta add an alif after it. Except in 1 case.
Like the word (ًماء) when the word ends with hamza and there is an alif before it. U rn't gonna add another alif. but if the Hamza doesn't have alif before it u r gonna write it normally like the word (سوءًا)
And notice. The tanween is always on the hamza

    As-salaamu Alaikum
    1. In the above video you said that all the ending letters of any word should stop with a sakoon no matter what sign is there above the ending letters. Now my question is that why this happens?
    2. There is a small meem (م) above another letter in the mentioned ayah at 4:00 time of the video. What is the function of that meem and why is it small in size and written above another letter?
Please answer for sake of Allah.

what about pausing on ta marbuta i think or the ta that looks like ha. like in 49:8
    فَضْلًۭا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَنِعْمَةًۭ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌۭ ٨
it should be ni'mata right? cuz fatha tanween becomes single fatha with alf when pausing. so why do qari keep saying ni'mah?

If you stop at it, you don't pronounce at all.
If you keep on reading, you will pronounce '-on' at the end of the word.

Just like any other letter with a single fathah. If you stop there, you drop the fathah; in other words, you pronounce it as if it were a sukoon.

@@aishaabbayahya9127 As a matter of fact, you are not the only one mixing up these and other similar things.. subhan Allah .. I do that too, but there are signs/ tips that can help you identify where you should say which.
      For example:
و ما الله بغافل عما يعملون
is mentioned in the Quran only ONCE in surah albaqarah in the second juz' .. ANYWHERE else in the Quran it is و ما الله بغافل عما تعملون
      that kind of tips ..
I was planning to kind of put these tips together in a number of lessons per surah, as part of Quran memorization series, but it will not be coming out soon since I am very busy with many projects at the moment, and will have to finish them first.
But in time, in shaa Allah, they will come out. For the time being there are books that can help with that, but the ones I know are all in Arabic, so if you can read Arabic, let me know, and I will give you my recommendations.
