    They should've worked on rerouting the shipment from the factory directly to you and take the two items off the invoice for all this rigmarole.

      Definitely. They refunded me at the end for the two items that were missing, but at the end just wanted my entire order to be refunded. I don’t know why they couldn’t refund me if my items weren’t even shipped out yet 🤔 🤷🏽‍♂️

    I get that they have a policy but when they make multiple mistakes on their end, they should have gave a full refund if that’s what you requested. Just my opinion.
