So after that, if the other person's request is not my duty but my option, when I don't want it, I say no. Everything is difficult at first. But it's worth a try.
It's literally not easy to say someone no but yeah one thing for sure never be a selfless person sometimes it's good to become a lil bit selfish for ourselves. I'll try to say no no matter what if I don't wanna do it.
