私も大人矯正中です。
ちなつさんと同じでガミースマイルが気になり矯正を始めました！
元々同じ様な口元でした。
私も少しずつ口元が下がり嬉しい反面、中々歯茎の改善はありません笑
上の歯を歯茎側に押し込む治療(圧下)はされないですか？
私が通っている医院では歯が綺麗に並んでから歯茎がまだ気になるようなら圧下しましょうかと提案いただきました。
ただ歯根吸収とか心配ですが、、
いつも矯正Vlog参考にしています！！
綺麗な口元になれるようお互い頑張りましょう！！！

コメントありがとうございます！ガミースマイルの治療中なのですね🥹私は上の歯の圧下については今のところ提案されていませんが、治療が完了してもガミースマイルがまだ気になるようであれば、歯肉切除しましょうかと言われています☺️
お互いガミーを卒業できるよう頑張りましょうね🥰
