You’re making this way more difficult than it needs to be on yourself. You can just airplay to each speaker from within Apple Music. You don’t need to go into the home app and you don’t need to play from the Sonos app. You can airplay to both speakers individually or even together.
Mine arrived yesterday and I love it. Excellent sounding speaker in my opinion! I got the space grey one, although I’m considering picking up another one before the end of the year - potentially a white one. I’m not sure if it’ll discolour over time though!
If you just put your phone near the HomePod, anything playing on the phone will transfer to the speaker.... or just say ‘hey Siri, play xxxx’ and away you go :)

Can HomePod mini be powered by an iPad Pro?? I believe the mini has USB C cable which can be plugged in iPad Pro, not sure if iPad can supply enough power.

Its looks like sonos play 1. It didnt have capability to do airplay..

Cooor now that is a difficult question. Having both, I personally feel the Sonos is just slightly better .... currently....
It’s how simple it is. The apple device is good sound and to be fair to it, I am still getting used to it.

Not sure, but HomePod mini requires a minimum of 20 W of power to work.
