This is the only watch I have owned for around ten years or so. Only get the chance to wear it at weekends due to work, but absolutely love it. It has only had to have two battery changes to my recollection. During the last battery change at a Tag Heuer authorised dealer, the lady stated that the movement in these watches was fantastic quality, even better than the more modern ones. I'm no watch expert to say whether this statement is true or not, but nonetheless made me proud to own this timepiece.
If you’ve never been to the race, I highly recommend you go. I go almost every year as I currently live in Indy, and I can confidently say it truly is a spectacle. Would really give you a lot of respect for the racing heritage as well, seeing the event live!
@@petervonpanda I always tell my friends I invite, even if you don’t like racing, the people watching alone at an event with 400,000 people from all over the world is more than worth it, HA!
You can adjust them via the buttons and reset the positions to anywhere you want including the large second hand. Mine got repositioned when the battery ran out once.
This was my first watch, i bought it new in 2011 and I still own it, it runs flawlessly only had to change the battery 1 in 11 years.

I would love to go! I've only seen the Indy 500 in TV. I've been to some other races, and the sounds alone make it worth the trip!

Nice video. Just a correction for you. The back is not tire tracks. It's a imprint of the brickyard at the start / finish line at the speedway.
matthew berse great point!

LeglessLeftHander Thanks for checking it out!

am stuck inbetween this and the tag aquaracer grande date?
When you reset, the milliseconds should end on 0, not on 3.5. it looks like it is not working right.
