You forgot to mention a few huge points here. 1. In the korean beta contract quests were purchasable in the cash shop. 2. Some (the hardest ones to get) enchant mats were sold in the cash shop in the korean beta. This game is L2M ported to PC.
These are currently the ONLY valid points of contention in my opinion. The game looks leaps and bounds since the 'Korean Beta' you just mentioned, and I truly hope they do not have any meaningful 'pay to win' systems that will affect long-term horizontal progression. I believe it was confirmed that it will be a limited/capped monthly 'Battlepass', and that in my opinion, is perfectly fine.
@CubanGuides whilst you are free to have that opinion. It seems unwise to give NC soft the benefit of the doubt when you look at their history. Some would call that naivety.
I think 8 abilities per weapon, considering you're able to weapon swap, is fairly reasonable medium for players. It's not about how many, it's the impact they have on gameplay that will be a determining factor.
If Throne and Liberty releases with this crap system of upgrades for gear and skills, this game will be dead withing a week or a month. People are tired of this RNG shit and the P2W mechanics companies like NCSOFT employ to squeeze money out of their players. Super tired of this shit.
I've been trying to tell you this all week. This is just a moblie p2w game ported to PC. He forgot to say in the video that in the Korean beta you could buy more contract quests (dailies) and enchanting mats in the cash shop.
@@paintspot1509 Dude I've seen enough of the first beta footage of the game world to know it's not a "mobile" game. If that's your opinion good, don't play. Hopefully they fixed the combat enough so that it feels somewhat like or better than the old Lineage 2 combat. We shall see how "good" it is then. As for what you said, you didn't even say if you are testing Closed Beta right now. If this is just your "opinion" than it is just that isn't it? YOUR OPINION. We'll all know that you won't play this game on release then right?
@petersung5735 correct, I won't be playing. I don't play p2w moblie games. If I need an L2 fix, I'll hop on some private servers. Sure, it's an "opinion", but it's based on evidence and understanding of NC soft games. Have you actually looked at any L2M gameplay? I would recommend it.
I wholeheartedly agree, if they do not ruin the game with 'pay to win' that exponentially worsens horizontal progression, I could see this game being a success. I am perfectly fine paying a subscription, or having a limited/capped monthly battle pass to be honest.
best explaining video i saw for this game, this channel is extremely underrated!
Great and simple video
Thanks!
great Video man, very informative and thorough !
Thank you!

Did you get a special pass to share that? You didn't have the water mark that testers do?
This information was already made known to players during the last beta test, in Korea.
What's the open world like?

@@paintspot1509 Dito! It's also unwise to live your days allowing jadedness to fester. I guess we'll have to wait and see, now wont we? o/
@@aCubanGamingna I'm not jaded. If I get the itch for an MMO there is always an L2 server I can get my fix on.
NC just don't deserve any respect.
Then fuck off to the L2 server then? 😂
acereee!!! que pinta
good stuff
Glad you liked it! Let me know if you'd like to see anything else
There better be more than 7 skills per weapon that doesn't even fill up the 8 slots.
