Good evening from Essex Uk I am a patient in London, I am 64 years old, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s aged 14 in 1974. I have just 60 cm of small bowel left after 27 abdominal operations in my life time, my last surgery was the 19th of July 2023. I am on TPN at home 4 days a week for 12 hours at a time that I have to administer myself, I am also on infusion to try and help me with my Crohn’s attacks.
