You’ve got a great setup.
I had a miracle happen. I was homeless, living in an extended stay hotel. A friend of a friend offered to put me in a, one and a half wide, park model mobile home. Fully furnished, in a senior “Winter Texan” RV park with amenities. Home with lot rent for $550 a month. He’s selling it to me, rent to own for $8,500. Government pandemic grant paid almost half it it. Will be paid off in less than six months. Then I only pay $300 a month for lot rent. This is in Mission, Texas. South Padre Island is 90 minutes away. Purely a blessing from God.

Congratulations 🎉 after 7 years full time I bought a home base in Pahrump Nv. 2 bd,2 bath manufactured in a senior golf community. Best part is there is parking for my rig so I could continue traveling. Good luck to you!
