Beautifully sang, and it is a pity that the performance breaks off halfway 'In the Bleak Mid-Winter', one of the loveliest pieces Britten ever wrote. I would have loved to hear the joyous last Variation too. A piece of advice: try recording your performances with two extra microphones closer to the choir, simultaneously with the more acoustic main recording. In this way you have the option to mix the recording such that the finer details and pronunciation (on which the choir has apparently worked hard) won't get lost in the large reverb.
I just moved to Ellwangen some weeks before the Choir came to Ellwangen. I was a member in 1992/93. Hope they will come again.
