GeoffreyLeonardAU and all you need to fix it problem is just to slow shields down like really slow and increase it price to 50-80 gold then it do its purpose - stationary defend structure
The clicking sound was from the other guy who had his mic on the entire time. Sergiu was dragging his mouse to put moats, and his own mouse wouldn't sound like that in his mic.
maybe am just defense,but i would but down quarries followed by iron mines and i isolate myself from everyone with very thick walls man by cross bows because my economy is dependent on stone and iron which are unlimited would be stretching my gold abit thin but I don't expect the game to last that long
Davide Serrao Stronghold Crusader 1 is the best. The gameplay is perfect and the graphic is medieval and beautiful, it really makes you feel like a medieval lord. :)
Davide Serrao Extreme is basically the original Crusader with an extended max troop limit and some very weird and overpowered abilities that you can use. If I'm not entirely mistaken it also adds a few new missions and a new skirmish campaign or something like that. It isn't very often played online though, most people prefer the original.
SergiuHellDragoonHQ well, like what TB said "at least Crusader 2 don't sucks" but probably w/ a patch, DLC or even a expansion Crusader 2 can get at the level of Crusader... Also they should make more defenses(Towers), I mean there a lot of gameplay problens w/ chosing the same faction in Crusader 2 PS the lack of capaing can be a good thing for now, because they can focus on mechanics
