Yes it does, I remember getting their first one just called gwar it was a silver tape with the red gwar logo, I was at the place I would by tapes and records, The day Scumdogs was released I was waiting for them to open, Same with America must be destroyed, but that first gwar album was hard to get in late 1988
Gwar, kiss on steroids, was one of the most fun things in music. Sadly so many people took what they were doing way to seriously. The version of Jacque Cousteau they do in the live from Antarctica concert is awesome. Scum dogs of the universe should be in anyone's collection.
GWAR = 2 Grammy nominations!! LOG = 1 Grammy nomination!! Lets see if LOG can top that ... LOL. GWAR been around since 1985 so please just respect them for their longevity.
I got to see these guys on several tours (i missed this one). Dave Brokie (Oderous Ungerous) gave another performer a bit of advice: *Own the stage"...if the world us but a stage and were all players on that stage, fucking own it and stick the landing.
@Deadblow I know It's a long damn time since you posted the offer and this shit's old but still, if you could put on "The Years Without Light" that would be sick. Thanks even if not; this video rules, makes me think of old times (the bad ol' days!)
and dude Gwar and slipknot as bands do not hate eachother like everybody says they may have gotten a huge influence from gwar but at least slipknot is not Lordi who copied Gwar completely
of course its opinion and taste thats why there is so much room for so much music in the world, but i think as soon as they stopped using steve austin to produce their albums the intensity and innovation went right down the tubes! Burn the priest and New American gospel are the only albums that did something interesting and unique.
dont really like this bands music tht much but their stage shows awesome their doin a show with lamb of god and job 4 a cowboy in october were i live thinking ill prolly go 2 it
Ahhh GWAR in their prime I wish I was old enough to see that!
Amen brother, there first 2 albums just blew my mind back in the day,and it still stands the test of time
