Interesting. It's quite possible that animals can sense a great deal more detail than we think isn't it. What determines when birds migrate or when ants fly, for instance? I had a cat many years ago and we seemed to communicate through thought. It seemed that my Cat knew what I was thinking, and whether it was included (maybe a walk around the garden) when it would tag along, or mowing, when it would stay put. One day, I think we'll know more about just how much animals know and understand.
