So fun to hear about the retreat and so much fun was had. I had looked into going but already had a trip planned for that time. Maybe next year. Grateful to have a wonderful LNS in The Attic close. As always, enjoyed the visit 🥰
Good morning Anna! It’s so good and fun to see you again after my trip to Acorns and Threads a month ago!! How perfect to reconnect on my first morning back in NC from our 8000 mile trip out west! Being able to see you and stitch with all the wonderful stitching group ladies there was definitely a highlight of our journey! We arrived back safely and healthy with wonderful memories! Thank you for being so sweet and kind to us when we were there! I’m totally in awe of your joy about 56 count…bought some tiny, tiny count fabric when I was there 🤪. Not sure yet what to stitch?! Maybe the Primrose Cottage Mini’s? It would be a mini mini for sure 😊🎶 Hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday. I’ll be watching from our cabin! 🥰
I am so glad you had a wonderful time! And it’s great to see you back home safe and sound! I am in deep on 56 ct so sweet!! Hope you holidays are also wonderful…see you on the next trip out!!
Anna....I made it to Accorns and Threads ❤It has been on my bucket list since I have watched your videos now I guess I will have to zip line(on my bucket list too) 😁 It was everything you described!!! I met a young lady who had flown from Georgia to come to Accorns and Threads ❤ She is in the Navy and was as excited to be there as I was!! I told her I I almost screamed from the excitement 😮Thank you so very much for your videos and all the enabling 😂🤣😅 I now know my way so beware 😊
You’re haul alone makes me want to attend! I had to have carpal tunnel surgery after completing a Christmas cross stitch using throw away canvas on a sweatshirt. Be careful!
Anna, I love your videos, BUT this one in particular was so funny! I laughed out loud several times. "Take your valium"😂 Do you need a drink?" "This one called my name" Thanks so much for the laughter!❤️💫
Looks like a good time was had by all! WAY too many temptations offered at The Attic and it looks like you left some of your wealth there...Ha! Ha! Thanks for sharing. XO
Thank you for sharing your recap of your visit to the Attic and showing your goodies. It was so much fun to see everything and getting an update on your latest projects and upcoming new starts.
It is always so fun Anna to see all the Goodies you find 🎉..I can’t travel do to being a caregiver for my son so I’m living through YOU !! Thank you for sharing ❤
My prayers go out for Gene at the attic, shee is a beautiful person to meet. The Attic is a bucket list shop for people to see. Good luck to Mac on his retirement. The autumn abundance retreat looked amazing... Thanks for sharing. Good luck on the punch needle. Use your photo for inspiration..Hope your finger heals fast.. Love the wool pumpkin.
@@stitchroadie4076 after my cataract surgery 1 year later I need a reader at 250 ! But I’m joining you with stitching on 56 ct, I’m stitching the Quilting & Stitching party by Sera Guermani 😂
Just love getting to spend time with you. Must have all the gadgets...that's part of the fun in what we do. I've got you beat...I've had my needle punch for about 20 years. Haven't worked with it in about 18 years, so you inspire me to get back to things I've left behind. Thank you Anna for making me smile and sometimes even laugh out loud. Take good care of your owie.
Hi Anna, I had a wonderful time at Autumn Abundance, my first retreat. It was so nice to meet you. I was a bit nervous about going on my own, but the people at the table I was at were so friendly and helpful! Enjoy the acorn and stickers, just a token of appreciation for the many hours I have enjoyed Stitch and Quilt Rosdies- blessings from NM.
I hope I can go to The Attic soon! We plan to move to AZ next fall. I have only cross stitched on Aida, I have some linen but not sure how to stitch on it. I just finished a project, while recovering from knee replacement. I need to venture over to PDX to Acorns and Threads.
Thank you for showing all the fun things from your retreat. Hope you get some rest and get your finger feeling better so you can get back to your stitching,
So much fun meeting you, Anna! I think you’re right - our table was the best. I hope to make it to PNWSS in September. Look forward to stitching with you again. (And I’m pretty sure your purchases are not Cheryl’s fault!)😊
I too have ADHD and could never sit still so at 5 yrs old my mom taught me to embroider. It worked😄. But punch needle is too tedious for me but rug hooking works. I mostly do wool stitching now. Silk thread is a finer thread and a lot stronger.
Thank you for sharing your adventure Anna ! Glad I was a winner in voting which sampler to start for your parents anniversary = You look tired -- rest up 🛌🏼 😴
ANNA! Your finger joint looks so sore. 🙁. When the arthritis in my fingers or thumbs flares up, here’s what I do. CBD cream (I have one that smells like peppermint, one that is very strong with menthol, and a roll-on that’s easy to use, Sagely Naturals Relief and Recovery). Rub it in and then wrap with the self-stick ace bandage. It almost always is normal with no pain when I unwrap it the next morning, but I add more CBD cream and wrap for that day, just to be sure. Happy yours isn’t your middle finger, which we call our driving finger. 😂. Hugs!
Anna thanks for sharing your trip. What an amazing group of dear friends. Love hearing about your trips & your wonderful friends. Can’t wait to see all tour WIPS coming up. So excited! Happy Stitching! Mariaknits27 💕🧵🪡🧶
Ooh. I get to comment first. 😮 I got a cross stitch injury a couple of years ago. I was madly rushing to finish a piece for child's spouse to commemorate a PhD. I overdid and my shoulder was in so much pain I had to go through PT! I learned not to go beyond my limits.
Anna, running out of wall space, why not decorate the ceilings. Imagine what your grandkids would think of their fun granny. You and your friends could lie on the floor and look up. You might then have to help each other up again but what a hoot! 😵💫🇦🇺
Do you know where I can find Bags By Wendy? I did a search online to no avail. I am on the lookout for other people that make bags with a more stiff back like the bags Cory makes, for some variety. Also, do you think Wendy's bags have a thicker back that doesn't bend?
So fun to hear about the retreat and so much fun was had. I had looked into going but already had a trip planned for that time. Maybe next year. Grateful to have a wonderful LNS in The Attic close. As always, enjoyed the visit 🥰
It’s such a fun weekend! I hope you can make it next time❤️ so many fun retreats to plan for!

Yay PNWSS!!! We will have a wonderful time! Cheryl is dangerous 😂
It looks like so much fun!
I can't/don't go out often but I still manage to spend 😂😂 thank goodness for internet shopping
I hear ya😂
Thank you for sharing beautiful patterns❤❤.
Thanks for visiting Anna. Glad you had a great time and of course picked up some more haul. Get some rest! Take care. See you next time.
I have 2 fingers like that on my dominant hand, and so does my mom. I'm glad you had a good time 🎉❤. I've started a mill hill santa.
I want to do a mill hill🤔

It's amazing how stitching can help with that!❤️it makes me relax😊
Vonna has a great punch needle video
Thank you!

Sounds like a lovely time. I think you forgot to share the charts you were talking about when you were showing threads and project bags@😂🤣😂🧐💕
Will have to the next time😊
Oh Anna, enabled once again. I just had to have the Queen bee chart. 😂
I understand❤️

I learned the hard way too! Don’t push yourself too hard! 😄 but sometimes I can’t help myself 😂
Your finger almost looks like my osteoarthritis fingers

The cross stitch samples are gorgeous how do you not make them all? No will power 🤦🏻♀️
I know…choices choices❤️
