Chicken boneless: 1/2kg
Onion: 1medium
Tomato: 1medium
Cabbage: 250g
Carrot: 250g
Capsicum: 250g
Peas: 1cup
Chopped garlic: 1.5tbsp
Potatoes: 3medium
Green chilli:5-6 + 3-4(paste)
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: to taste
Chicken powder: 1tbsp
Cumin: 1tbsp
Black cardamom: 2
Bay leaves: 2-3
Cinnamon Sticks: 2-3medium
Flower: 2
Oil: 1cup

چوپ لہسن: ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
آلو: تین عدد درمیانے سائز کے
باریک والی ہری مرچ: پانچ سے چھ عدد + تین سے چار مرچوں کا پیسٹ
نمک: حسب ذائقہ
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ: حسب ذائقہ
چکن پاؤڈر: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
زیرہ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
بڑی/ کالی الائچی: دو عدد
تیج پتہ: دو سے تین عدد
دار چینی: دو سے تین ٹکڑے
