If there is a message, I think it is in the lyrics that say, “do you hang tight or do you go back to your life” on the album this is actually not the last song. Come back to me comes next. Also BTS is well known to have little things tacked on at the end of their music videos or even at the end of the concert that you can miss if you leave too soon. So maybe it’s him telling us to wait till the end cause it’s not finished yet?
Maybe he is asking, "Are you only a good time person, who is only there for the excitement?" Or, " Do you stick around to the end, no matter what!"
Maybe I am being to literal. I do hang tight for when the credits roll. I read through them, look at all the people, their work/jobs it took, who would remain invisible otherwise. All the audience members that leave, they got their entertainment and don't care about the the work it took.
It’s almost saying once we (BTS)give you everything you been waiting for , do u (army)leave us or do you still support and be there for us , this song can go so many ways , let’s not forget it’s NAMJOON BRAIN💜🙂 and what a clever brain it is
What it means: Life goes on. Are you there to see what happens after the credits roll? Are you a figment of imagination/ an extra in someone else's script? Do you pay attention after the show is off, the music dies? The multi-cultural people are together, just chillin' and living life beyond the show. It's inclusive because it represents community and connection.
That song itself is rhetorical, but it's a sweet thank you to the listeners. RM understands his audience very well. It's really understandable why RM placed this song as the second to last track before 'Come Back To Me. In my opinion, it's easy to understand the MV. It really represents the lyrics. People mostly don't pay attention to the credit roll, the crew walking around behind the people who are busy having their meal and talking to each other, and the television next to them. It shows how people don't really care about who and how many people worked on the show they just watched. They just go on with their lives, just like I do and many others do too.😊
I basically think it's exactly what he sings about. Not a lot of people sit and look at the credits to see how many people were involved in the whole process. Usually, they just listen to or watch the singer. Maybe this is his way to bring attention to all the people in the credits who always work hard behind the curtains away from the spotlight and glamour.

My interpretation was - do you engage with art, think critically about it and the people that poured their heart and soul into creating it and what they were trying to say? Or are you a consumer who takes things at surface level and never thinks about the effort it took to create it.

I always stick around for the credits-there may be more. But yes it could be that he is nervous that ARMY will not wait for them. There is more to come with BTS. Of course we have our thinking brains on-you taught us well.
Point 9f the door being there, then its not seen is sound engineers are important, but behind the wall - left unseen.
Isn't it interesting that he is in the room twice and is being ignored twice?
