Thanks for this video! First, it was great to know this happens to every player. I've been doing lots of lessons, ball machine, playing and my game has been great lately. But tonight, I played like shit. It was unbelievable. Recognizing it, Accepting it, and minimizing it is great advice. Thanks !!
I’ve noticed my hand eye coordination suffers on the days where I’m seated in my office all day long without taking breaks to walk around outside. Stretching before matches also helps a lot to get the body warm and reduce stiffness.
A simple technique you can use to help is to close your eyes and then cover them with your hands to block out all the light. Do this for 1-3 minutes to give the visual system a chance to completely rest. I can also really help to do it periodically throughout the day to give your eyes a break.
Just had this happen to me yesterday. The crazy thing is Saturday I had a day where I felt like I couldn’t miss a shot if I could get to it. I was hitting everything with easy without even thinking about it. Then Sunday I had the worst day I ever had. Was doing the exact same things (or felt) but I was hitting so many shots into the net and some long. It actually got worse after the first few ones of course because I couldn’t trust myself. I cut my day short because I was so frustrated
It happens to everyone. Even Djokovic as we've just seen in the final. All you can do is accept it for what it is and go into problem solving mode. Normally focus on foot work, spacing and watching the ball help. Combined with not going for low percentage shots.
@@TennisHacker sorry like daily drill/programs we may able to just follow to train our young children, in summer I planning to teach 6 kids age 10-12 to play tennis ..... I need drill lessons guild I can use to help teach them tennis. so thing like first week drill , second week drill and so on. Drill that beginner and intermediat can all use so they will have focus, thanks. then we can have all these kids watch drill lesson and just follow..... I need daily drill/lesson guild to follow for the two month of summer. so like monday drill, tuesday drills wedsday drill and so on.... So this summer all we have to do is open up your vedio for the kids to watch them they all follow your lessons plans .... like 1 hour practis time brake down to four 15min sections for us to work on. tks
I noticed when I play after 2-3 days of rest, my timing goes terribly off. I shank balls, my feet get sluggish, my grip doesn't seem to be whippy. Ironically, it's when I rest that I get really excited to play again. Perhaps my overexcitement affects the quality of my play - my muscles are tense, my grip is extra stiff. BTW, I play thrice a week - Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, then I rest til I play again the following week.

Makes total sense. Thanks
I guess something I didn't say, is that focusing on recovery can be very beneficial for reducing the number of off days.

You need to created a group videos focus on drill for each types of shoots so people can do drills.
