Bro... Reaper's been D tier for the past like 6 seasons... and he hasn't gotten a single buff since before OW1 ended. Love these devs so much

It’s because he’s too oppressive in lower elo. Y’all remember those days of everyone in gold/plat saying reaper is too strong when he was actually bad in higher level play?
@@DallasBrownridgethey just need to give him a more reliable teleport making it quicker and give him a speed bonus after teleporting. Let’s him close the distance quicker
@prestigini3150 I mean, I agree, but the devs repeatedly ignore that on other heroes who decimate lower ranks. I don't understand why *only* Reaper is restricted by that factor while everyone else can roam freely.
same reason they havent nerf sojorun into the ground, while shes the best dps on higher ranks, in lower ranks shes trash

Life Grip pulls teammates (e.g. Mauga) from enemy Mauga's ult. Lifeweaver is more viable than stated.
The ult can cage an entire team; pull can save one teammate. It's not very advantageous a trade for LW unless Mauga is being silly and exclusively solo ulting people.
All I want is a small echo buff where her duplicate doesn’t end while using a ultimate that way you can get full value out of it example sig or hog ult
Sigma on release was mega busted. If I told you what his stats were, it would blow these OW2 ppls minds. Instant shield with no cooldown was so strong.
Remember the 1500 shield 😂. Honestly I don't mind quick redeploy of the shield as long as it's not huge and op.
@shaneh3109 also his ult cost 1760 on launch, which was pretty cheap, and it still went off even after he died.
Also, kinetic grasp use to block Hog Hook and getting hacked didn't cancel Sigma shield. Also his shield regen was 175 per second. Today, it's 85 less than half.

It's insane how right you were with the "everyone will play mauga, thus... everyone will be forced to play ana, thus... everyone will be forced to play kiri." Lmao
I can't believe they made it so Kiriko can optionally heal bot and out heal Lifeweavers and Moiras then claimed they'd nerfed her. That suzu healing buff is so strong that any hero who carries a status effect in their kit is now essentially handing Kiriko a free full heal if they use it.
I don't like how much higher quality Mauga's picture is while he makes such a sexy face at me.
Instead of landing on a med kit and continuing pressure spectating the fight while they heal is better? 75 armor on activation, achieves what they failed to while forcing a decision on Winston. "2-3 seconds in the air is a massive buff", those 2 seconds give the enemy time to prepare. I ult as soon as mercy has no ga, good dooms are nerfed

At normal level play, she’s busted af. Literally anywhere below gm Moira is a free win. I made it to top 500 on her by accident bc she’s just that easy.

I swear they need to make it so you use meteor while hindered or in mauga ult, it is so annoying when you’re about to leave then they press one button and you pretty much die to mauga at least
I feel like ana nade should counter ana nade, anti removes the extra healing and vice versa.
It literaly does that you throw it on them and they cant heal..

I think they buffed Kiri because her universal winrate was %47. I know percentages aren’t everything and not even saying I agree with them, just offering a possible answer

I feel like brig will be c-b tier but not because of mauga, idk why has going on about a mauga meta, the reason she won't be as good with the dive meta is because of Winston's buff where he ignores armor. Plus Sombra can hack her out of abilities so it makes her a bit of a sitting duck but she's still good against tracer, doomfist, and other dives so I don't think she will be useless if you go completely anti dive. But yea idk why bro is yappin about mauga with the monkey-sombra-tracer giga buffs
It isn't even because Brig is better. It's because dive is more prominent.
Bro brig is very strong into winston and sombra. The winston buff makes him a little less bad vs brig but that doesn't mean he counters her now
@@doedelzak3914 brother, it's not just monkey, brigs whole purpose revolves around pealing for your team. Now with the Winston buff it makes that a little harder meaning you can dive her other support with less worry then focus on her easier. Sure she is still a little tanky but your forgetting that MULTIPLE dive characters got buffed so on top of armor negation Sombra Will have a higher pick rate and tracer will kill things faster, so if you take out brigs other support 3 dives are not getting 1v3 by a singular brig even if she gets peal from another teammate. Meta is about how the game is played not just numbers

I don't think Ashe deserves S. I mean, great with Mauga and the burn damage.... but if you turn it around and face a Mauga... he will melt a Bob even quicker than a tree, right?
GetQuakedOn had a different take on DF. saying it's a net nerf due to Meteor Strike beeing terrible as an agressive tool arguing you get slept/rocked/cass naded etc. every time you land. Repositioning for another empowered punch was it's main utility which is now less often accessible.
How in the actual heck is it a nerf??? All they did was make him heal in ult. You dont HAVE to use it aggressively, you can still use it too escape. It added options. It's not a nerf bro
@@Enderstar-zz4tbit is a nerf, first off higher ult charge needed meaning less times you can make those plays, secondly the reason blizzard added this was so the ult could be used offensively however the main issue is that one, the ult is utter dog shit nothing dies, you’re still susceptible to CC, so you’d just be using it the same as before

i really was enjoying this video till we got to hanzo and i realized it was just a meme list.
why even have an s tier if it has the most amount of heroes in it.
If you watch my other tierlists usually the S tier is not very full.
There are just quite a few broken characters that are better than anything else right now.

I play everyone in D tier almost exclusively, just got back to this game. Pain. Except Rein, I dont tank much and when I do its ball or who's meta. Time to swap back to bap.
agree with everything so far except hog. hog hard counters mauga. he can just destroy his ult and out dmg him inside it.

@@alirahzzz148 i do broski. hog uly works the same as mauga ult to an extent. unlimited ammo, high dmg with fast firing weapons. hog is never trapped with mauga if hog has ult, mauga is trapped with him. Hog ult does way more dmg in a corner than mauga ult even w the buffs, and mauga ult is one big corner. however in every other scenario, mauga dumpsters hog.
@@nastalsi8823I don’t remember what they did but hog ult is garbage now. I saw someone say that mauga can out heal a nano whole hog. Hog is going to be unplayable against mauga. It takes less than 2 secs for mauga to solo kill hog, and that’s at a decent range. Hog still has to play up close. Cyx himself says hog is going to die with mauga.

Illari needs to go down a tier or maybe even two tiers. This is a shaping up to be a rush/dive meta and she just can't keep up and if you focus her down and don't 1v1 like you said she gets absolutely demolished. She is basically moira but harder, with worse mobility, no utility like moira, and with worse healing and is already having a massive decrease in her pick rate across all ranks even before season 8.
Idk man bastion is a super hard counter for mauga whos in most every hame id put him high a low s
I think mercy unless has lowered healing is forever B because shes a hard to kill good support
She just doesn’t do enough sadly until they nerf the other busted supports.

I think reaper is better than cassidy. It's always better to play something else than cassidy. But reaper in some specific scenario he is best pick unlike cassidy, cass is newer better than other heroes in any scenerio

Good choice for a main, I main kiriko as well and my god her kit provides so much utility and she pretty much works in most comps.

I'm a mercy main, he's not wrong. she's been the worst support in the game since season 7 and the season 8 changes just make her even more useless. Picking literally any other support will give your team better value

Jeez, you can definitely tell this guy is biased against Hanzo players lmao. I've been playing Hanzo since release and I can tell you right now, yes you can sometimes randomly fire arrows at chokes and get free kills but I more often than not find myself getting much more value actually aiming and sniping pharah and echo out of the sky rather than just spamming at them and hoping one arrow hits.
I love how every tank has to be buffed and changed around Ana. She’s not a problem at all.
Ive it before and say it again. With each new hero mercy grows weaker but hey, at least her beam doesnt break with Valk activation. Only took how long? Ironically enough, mercy will always be blizz cash cow with skins

I think Zenyatta is way better than people think. With decent aim and discord orb usage you can melt anybody, even Mauga.
