Eventually, he pretended to fall asleep so he could follow her after she stole the flowers. He learned that she was very poor and was selling the flowers for a living. The man wanted to help the girl grow her own flowers, but he worried she would be scared of him due to his appearance. So, he resigned himself to growing more flowers for her. He wanted to make a flower that she could sell for a higher price, so he worked to create a flower never seen before. After he succeeded, he placed the flowers in his garden. The girl never showed up again, and the man later learns of her death. The fact that it's a live-vocal MV is amazing! Also the MV debut of Pdogg! (Also Evan and Ghostloop - they were who made up Jimin's band). The first time i watched the mv, I thought the same way you did about the meaning of the smeraldo. But as i watched you watch and discuss the vídeo, i thought of another perspective: in the legend, smeraldo was the flower the masked man made, to give to the girl he loved when he’d reveal his true face and his feelings, so in a way it seems to me it can symbolize the desire to be honest and confess ‘ truths untold’. As Jimin says in the lyrics "All the things we couldn't say before And hidden feelings too I'll tell you everything now " .

Rapper Loco was a BTS rookie, but wasn’t picked…Jimin putting Loco in the video is almost full circle. The date June 12: that was the day BigHit finally told Jimin that he made it, that he is the member of BTS…also that day every BTS member was introduced online. And June 13 was BTS debut day/now it’s anniversary Festa Day. On the Face documentary, PDogg, Ghostloop, Evan and Jimin were sitting down and talking…they said/they called themselves the Smeraldo Marching Band. For me, this song and video is a thank you and an acknowledgement of everyone who helped Jimin along the way…he wanted to give recognition to everyone, so he had them participate in this video.
