Luke was taller, and it is important for males, but Jason was still in great shape, very fit, had a great body, and his face was on another level of beauty! So the height didn't matter in his case. All face lines are regular, with a golden ratio, perfectly shaped nose and lips, and the most stunning, big blue eyes I have ever seen! And great hair. I was hugely into the 1950s from my late teens to my mid twenties in that my main idols and influences, (eg. hair, clothes), were James Dean and pre-army Elvis, but it was actually this guy who was the bridge to my appreciation of that particular style. Jason's hairstyles and clothes in the show were reminiscent enough of the 50s (in a modern 90s way) to cause me to look further back and adopt that look.
