I read someone was upset at the lyrics for the song, but I disagree. The lyrics are clearly about a relationship that isn’t perfect but there’s love that sustains it. Two people who have their arguments that anger them but they get over it. Lyrics like these that portray the reality of a relationship, are not “toxic”, it’s honest and real.

Dark carnival strings, dream-like fantasy arpeggios, spaceship ambience, future bass chorus, with an epic outro where they take the motif that caps each chorus and turn it a brand new bridge. It's a fantastic song. Not only that, but the video editing is mindblowingly high quality. Color grading is pretty much perfect. They went with ultra wide for the cinematic feel. Lower contrast, lower saturation grading. Super tasteful all around. So glad I got to see this.
