With you videos I have not only learned what I need to do for my LLC (including immediately contact the friendly tax guy I met last year who started to advise me on this) but also that the next time I drive through Colorado I owe someone a coffee! (That is a serious offer. I love your videos. Your information is great and adorable)

@@gracemcjohnson3051@allupinyourbiz
Called out! I am in Colorado now... I'm game! And apparently chat also demands a bagel. 😅 Ms. Kramer?
Extremely helpful content and presentation from such vibrant lady!
You are a such an intuitive and brilliant educator! And extremely entertaining to watch as well! I am in Nevada, not Colorado. But my sister just moved to Colorado and I have spent time there for work in the past and absolutely LOVE the state. When I get my business here in Las Vegas where I want it to be I would like to move to Denver. I will probably visit in a few months.
Thank you for putting these videos together. I have read and heard that most businesses fail not because of lack of business in their industry but because of lack of organization, planning and keeping adequate records etc. I have had a sole proprietorship in Nevada for a few years, and have been self employed full time for almost two years. I almost gave up many times for lack of knowledge and feeling overwhelmed by the potential risk and the amount of research it takes to do things legally and properly. I plan to file for a single member LLC in the near future. Your excellent videos are filling in a lot of gaps for me! Thanks again. - Ray
+Ray's Mobile Onsite Computer Repair Thank you so much for watching and for all the kind words!! Please do feel free to contact me if/when you return to Denver.

Thank you! Helped me once again. I will keep watching your videos!
Kenya Swilling Yay! Love to hear that. Thank you so much for watching!
Great overview on the topic. I think you might have forgot Operating Agreement - That is what helps make an LLC official. Also, if I'm not mistaken, you can contract yourself if you file as an S-corp.
Subscribed right away thank you very much for the information.
I've got behind on my personal taxes and I got to settle some things that the IRS is that going to stop me from being able to file for the LLC.
Love the special effects! Lol. Good content.
Thanks for sharing your videos. They're very helpful. One question though. Do you need a registered agent to open and maintain an LLC?
Thank you for this very instructive videos, very nice of you.
Wow, thanks so much for using my question in your video, I found the answer extremely helpful and will continue to watch and recommend your page.

This was fun and helpful.
thank you for the break down.
Hi Aiden, thank you for the videos. They are really helpful! I'm a personal trainer, yoga and tai chi instructor and have operated as a sole proprietor for the last 5 years. I recently formed an LLC to create a separation of liability since my wife and I bought a house and had a child. In the past I commingled my personal and business finances, separated expenses using different credit cards and a tracking app. I just opened a checking account for the LLC. Should I get a separate credit card for the LLC as well or can I continue to use the personal card I have used strictly for business in the past? If this questions warrants more of a conversation please let me know. I'd be happy to pay you for your time and expertise. Thanks, Jordan
I think you're so funny yet informative... Good vidsI love your high end props too
Desmond Hudson Yep, I like to keep it classy and high tech around here. Obviously. Thanks so much for watching and for the kind words!

Wish I knew what any of this meant. I've got a lot of research to do. I'm only 19 but my LLC has already been approved for filing so I'm trying to get a jump on learning what I can do with this
Where did you file?
thanks. big help.

I looked at this video, I think is great. I want to get into the construction business to build houses from scratch and sell them. So from the list what number would be applicable to me?
Great video lady.

Thank you great information. Love your hair short
Thanks!
Beautiful lady , great information to share , great channel 😜
very helpful!! one quick question. Do i need to live in the US to create an LLC? my business is related with the internet and specifically apple, so i was wondering if I needed to live in the states to create an actual LLC? thanks again!
Great tips. You should make things easy for you. Take advantage of technology- use computer graphics for your bullet points- not easy on your hand and our eyes reading held up handwritten words. Keep the good work, though. Cheers!
Aiden I have a few questions to ask. I live in the state of Florida I have a business that requires me to have a parent company S Corp perhaps and many sub LLC that I need to establish with a partners individual, for example, I have 10 partners but each partner will need to have an LLC with me. I'm a bit confused as to. The LLC or members will collect a payment once a month but I am not sure how I will pay them, should I pay them as a member to that they are responsible for the taxes at the end of the year or is there another way. Thanks
Saving to favorites!!!
goldtopsrock :-) You rock! Thanks so much for watching!
Where do we keep things like the operating agreement and documentation of an initial resolution meeting or articles of organization?
I love lists!
Jim Durham Heck ya, lists are da bomb!

Okay, did you see that movie, the one with the cheerleaders? They had this guy use the fingers to show them how to cheer. Cool? Keep up those videos. I am working on my business for 2020. Wish me luck.
Good luck! You got this!!
Thanks for easy to understand information. I just formed a an LLC in Colorado. I have a trade name I have been working from for years. How do I slip that under the trade name? High tech graphics. What are you using for your editing software? Thanks
What is the best state to get an LLC in. I don't want my members to be public.
