The fact that you sound like your on an electric kit with the best samples money can buy, but you're actually on an acoustic kit with traditional mics and a DW that's looks like its from the early-mid 90s...I mean, you are what it means to be a pro. What up LDC! GOOD eye man! The Z on the bottom is probably...hell, I don't know how old...HAHA! The top was unexpected. Once a year, I end up with 7-8 cymbals that are toast. I send them to Bakersfield Modded Cymbals. Some of the cracks aren't bad so you send em an 18' crash, you get back a 16'. The top hat was most likely either an 18 or possibly a 19 A Custom that had a deeper crack. Once I got it out of the box, figured I'd try it over the Z and I really dug the end result dude. If you've got busted cymbals, I highly recommend giving them a look. Thanks so much bud!

Ooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh.........yeah, that's going in the "to do" list. If you haven't already seen it (and I'm betting you have) go watch Eloy Casagrande's cover of The Heretic Anthem. It's hard to get any better than what he did. That man plays with something that goes beyond fire and skill. He's a pure monster. BUT, as I was watching it, I did think of ya Cheri. It's a phenomenal display of drumming to say the least.
I truly hated to hear it. I admired him as a player but even more as a person. A true master. My tribute to him is to not even go there. I may do a Rush tune down the line but it has to be so spot on and I just don't have a single one I could pick and nail. There will be SO many great players on here in the coming days / weeks that will do beautiful tributes. I'll be with you Cheri! I'll be in the crowd enjoying their work.

What up LDC! GOOD eye man! The Z on the bottom is probably...hell, I don't know how old...HAHA! The top was unexpected. Once a year, I end up with 7-8 cymbals that are toast. I send them to Bakersfield Modded Cymbals. Some of the cracks aren't bad so you send em an 18' crash, you get back a 16'. The top hat was most likely either an 18 or possibly a 19 A Custom that had a deeper crack. Once I got it out of the box, figured I'd try it over the Z and I really dug the end result dude. If you've got busted cymbals, I highly recommend giving them a look. Thanks so much bud!

Ooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh.........yeah, that's going in the "to do" list. If you haven't already seen it (and I'm betting you have) go watch Eloy Casagrande's cover of The Heretic Anthem. It's hard to get any better than what he did. That man plays with something that goes beyond fire and skill. He's a pure monster. BUT, as I was watching it, I did think of ya Cheri. It's a phenomenal display of drumming to say the least.

I truly hated to hear it. I admired him as a player but even more as a person. A true master. My tribute to him is to not even go there. I may do a Rush tune down the line but it has to be so spot on and I just don't have a single one I could pick and nail. There will be SO many great players on here in the coming days / weeks that will do beautiful tributes. I'll be with you Cheri! I'll be in the crowd enjoying their work.
