Probably. From what I’ve gathered, and this is just my opinion, the drones are being flown by US authorities in some capacity because of the MASSIVE influx of UAPS. They’re all over many parts of the planet right now. The US government is shitting its pants and doesn’t know what to do - so they monitor what’s going on with the drones. Either that, or the drones are UAP’s mimicking our technology. Either way, they’re here. And they want their presence known. I don’t believe they’re malicious either. It’s not crazy if you already knew. I’ve been waiting patiently literally my entire life. I’m 52. My kids are ready. Ima. Teacher and most student believe to some degree, the possibility. Maybe less so the likelihood but if they believe so much already, they’re accept it a lot quicker.

The Baja California sea base was formerly visible on Google maps etc. and is now scrubbed. You can find archival data easily. It was right off the shore of Malibu and was immense.

Evolved humans like yourself should be leading our communication with ET's and the public but since we don't have an "Evolution Meter" we are left with military blockhead gatekeepers who have kept disclosure and all of its benefits from humanity. The average human understands quite well what's wrong with our world but has no say in it. Hopefully the public programs you have mentioned will come to fruition, but we are up against decades of disinformation. We need some movies and sitcoms that can bridge the gap and although they may take longer to develop the impacts could be great....I have a few screenplays in the works and ideas to help, if you are interested.....
