I stopped purchasing lotions and body creams completely. Mists can last years, so I still enjoy those. I have ssoooo many mists and backups of favorites that I really need to get through. I’ll be extremely selective with upcoming fall/halloween releases.
Yup pretty much accurate newer creams go faster than my older creams BBW changed the formula. I will not buy any creams but will use my free coupon for a cream they just gifted me 😂

You're so right regarding VS customer service. One time I called to let them know I didn't receive a body mist and they just asked which one and sent it to me. It was so easy.
I also love pinkberry clouds, wish it would come back. 😊
Fresh Getaway, Autumn Drive and Blush Cardigan are my favorites. I hope Autumn Drive has a longer lasting scent. It smells good but disappears quickly.
I love fresh amalfi lemon, it smells like lemon drop candies to me.
This was my first time since 2020 not buying from the sale because I still have so many fragrances mists from like 2022 that I need to finish up, and I have fragrance mists that I bought back in May right before the sale that I need to finish up.
Im using Strawberry Snowflakes today too :) its just a great scent all year. I love your collection, Claire ❤

Hate that I didn't get any Luminous FFM from this sale. It was unavailable for shipping online and has no stocks in three stores I've been too.

Fresh Amalfi Lemon is so good. It is so refreshing. I cant smell the mint at all. By the time I realized that I love it, all the shower gel was sold out. I was able to get a backup mist and lotion.
Oh that’s good to know! Now I might have to hunt down the lotion. 😬
I was wondering who was buying that lemon scent I could only feel comfortable cleaning with it.
It's too bad their body creams go bad so quickly because my dry skin really loves them. I use up my body creams pretty fast though. Thanks for Sharing!
I’m currently using Strawberry Soda and I can usually use up a shower gel and FFM in a month but I just do not like it. My husband and son are helping with the shower gel but I’m only about a fourth of the FFM and I have two days left so I will not finish it up. I have one more set left for next year. I think I will declutter it though. I bought the new packaging but returned it because it smelled the same as what I already have.

I love Pinkberry clouds, i had to get a lotion from dirty soul soap co because I couldn’t find any on mercari or eBay for a decent price… i love brown sugar and fig too its so cozy to me. I hope they bring it back at some point.

Bbw staff is the worst and one reason why I'm slowing down shopping with them. Back in the day you find out you brought a dud candle or wallflower...no problem go get something that actually has fragrance now your stuck with the crap and money down the drain bc their staff makes up different policies for every store just to give you a hard time. Typically phone reps are kinder than in stores but their customer service definitely has slowed me down from buying in bulk. Victoria secret customer service so much better especially over the phone
I think that depends on which stores you go to. At my local B&BW the staff is always super sweet and helpful, and always tries to give the customers updates on any deals that the store has on whatever day.
I usually have a great experience at BBW. One associate was so nasty with me. I politely discussed his behavior in front of his manager😊. I was given my price adjustment.
Yes it seems to vary by store for me too, and even who’s working on a given day. There are some really nice, helpful associates and I appreciate them.
The employees are so poorly trained now compared to before. I also really miss when you could combine coupons 😔
I’d be happy to just get any coupons. 😭😅
The body creams do NOT last. They are bad within a year or less. I think during SAS i only bought 1 or 2 creams and the rest lotions. It is difficult. Their cream formula is so gross honestly.
It’s sad because they used to be fine. 😢
