Longing is an appropriate title for this clip, because for the first minute and a half I was longing to see something besides fuzzy images and blackness.
Great work! Could you please elaborate on the anamorphic setup that you used?

we actually used a really simple homemade mode. Just cut an ovalshaped hole into a black piece of paper and tape it to the rear-element of your lens. Make the hole as big as possible to avoide vinetting and make sure to allingn it. You will loose a lot of light, but it can get you a long way, if you are looking for an anamorphic look. This method will give u a really vintag inperfect lens look and the breathing bokeh of an anamorphic lens. This way you can avoid distracting anamorphic flares.
There's some very pretty shots in this one and i liked the overall tone of this short! Why did you go for the different frame rates? It messed with the flow of things a bit in my opinion and also how did you make the space stuff? I have a project i'm filming soon and the scene from 0:56-1:07 is exactly how i imagined a part in my project to be. Great stuff!

thanks. I guess i just loved how fluid and clean it looks, especially for commercial, and sports use. So wanted to try it out on a experimentalfilm, which, i think, gives a fascinating mix between the old and new estetic. If this had been a narrative shot movie i would probably not have used it though. The space stuff was a bit complicated and took me a really long time to figure out. I rendered 2D images of clouds in Blender and mixed it with real smoke i filmed in 90p in front of a dark background (you can slow it down in post with frameblending, doesen`t matter if it warps) and some fractalnoise in aftereffects. Then I animated the whole thing in 3D with aftereffects. It`s really hard to make it look a vast as it should be and i learned that showing less( keeping things in the dark) can get you a long way.
GH4 OR G85 I really help need in choosing a camera and I mostly want to make comedy films, just what to know which is best for filmmaking, the GH4 AND G85 almost the same price. It's my first time buying a camera for filmmaking
Its a post production error, footage was mostly take at 180 fps and i realised to late that i converted it to 60fps, still i dont think it makes too much of a difference since the original was already captured at a higher Framerate.

Dude... you used Malick´s Tree of Life Lacrimosa scene in like: almost half of the short film. That really shows lack of imagination, it´s also called plagiarism. Ridiculous.

Dude... I used my own version of malick's tree of life scene for almost half the short film. It's also called taking reference or beeing inspired by something. But i see where you come from.
Bruhh how did you get into space with the gh5
It has a good zoom
He's good friend's with Elon Musk.
👍🏾👍🏾 *Fantastic Work!!*
Nice movie. Nothing to fix since there is nothing wrong with your frame rate's choice. It was YOUR choice and it was great.
Awesome
Brilliant
This was absolutely fantastic to watch! Loved all of it
Quality film making man :)
I really enjoyed this, thank you for sharing !

Amazing shots! Also have started using GH5 for my works! 😍 You deserved a sub ;)
You can use multiple frame rates but you might want to export in 24 FPS to keep the video more consistent.
yes, but you can also export at 60p and have consistency, the framerate doesn't suddenly change.
Great work! Could you please elaborate on the anamorphic setup that you used?

I love the look! But hate the framerate...
Is some of this shot handheld and some with a stabilizer?
amazing work!
Hi there... I love the GH5 now because of you. Can you tell me though how you got that sound to be so clear???
Hi Alenxandre, It's all from soundlibraries or foley. Very few things are recorded with a seperate Rode shotgun mic.
Nice bro!!! Whats your settings for picture profile? CineD or V-log???? As far as saturation, contrast, noise reduction etc???
답글
thanks, it`s recorded in V-Log L, normal sat/cont/noise. Just tried to overexpose by at least 1 stop.
Just curious. What were your settings and everything?
love it!
Stunning work. I think you might have just helped sell another GH5 :)
That's why you have to say everything depends on who's behind the camera.
What lenses did you used at 3:09 and 3:11?
wow man !! eso estuvo impresionante

nice
Awesome work although definitely agree with the others here about the frame rate. Watching in 480p feels better without the high framerate.

A good film has nothing to do with pixels. Grab your phone and go for it. If you disagree get a GH4...
I just got my G85 with 14-42mm lens
what is best budget lens for G85/GH5 for filmmaking
@@KaranSingh-ji1fu Old Helios lens for 50$ will give you an amazing cinematic film look...
The silence the void the music the rain the moments
Saubere Arbeit. Mit Speddbooster oder mit normalem objektivadapter gedreht?
danke! ist schon ne weile her, aber ich glaube ich habs mit mit einem nikon 35mm aps-c Objektiv und Speedbooster gedreht. :)
Danke. Genau das wollte ich wissen.
did u set camera to anamorphic settings?
no, it was just a lens mod.
thanks bronit was really a great film.. everything is perfect😁🤩
Nice, what lens did you use here? Great job.
i dont understand the framrates chosen, but i like it!
The Tree of Life: The Sequel?
the forest of life?
why 60fps?

Tree of life much
thought the same thing
Music? :)
mozart lacrimosa-from-the-requiem mass in d minor, We Are Echoes - We Are Echoes
Photography is amazing... but I can't deal with this frame rate. Kinda counter-cinematographic, my opinion
hey could you message me? I need some content produced and wanted to know if I could hire you.
