Love this. First, I love the idea of living in the moment and enjoying *watching life.* Second, as a Protestant, I've visited Catholic churches (Greek Orthodox and Roman Catholic), Buddhist temples, Shinto shrines, Anglican cathedrals, and Jewish synagogues. I've found peace in them all. I love that you shared that Muslims can pray in a church - beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
@@lutonzmn Not yet - something I would love to do, however. There is not one where I live, and traveling I have not had the opportunity. I will, one day.
just a key note to y’all: yes you can pray in any place of worship, but you must make sure you are not phasing the cross either if there is one present, then adding what she said just make sure there are no statues or anything of the like either in front of you.
I am so happy you filmed inside al koutoubia I feel like I just visited it thanks xx I never saw the place wher ethey do teh adhan in any mosque irl before ❤
It's good U respected the place where The God (translation in Arabic: Allah) is worshipped; it is respect to Allah/God himself! Many Muslims are disrespectful and it's a shame! Al arahmat Allahi u al barakat to U. U didn't have to take off UR hat. Traditionally, in churches, women have to cover their head, a headscarf is OK (nowadays, it's not considered necessary in some countries). Women, in churches (and restaurants) R allowed to have their hats (many Christians don't know it); like women of the British royal family do at churches. Also Christians pray to all places (exept toilets, just like Muslims), as Jesus answered to the Samaritan (St. Photinee/Nour); but unlike the Muslims they can pray at cemeteries, where priests perform rituals for the dead. Christian ceremonies are praying, indeed.
AstarghfiruLah why would you do that ? They’re reprensenting Isa AS as an idol and you’re filming that and using it as a thumbnail… May Allah guide you and us.
Wrong! Representations aren't idols. Idol is STH U worship; not a MEANS of worship. In worshiping an idol, U worship the matter, the object itself; like worshipping the Kaaba! On the contrary, Christian ikons and statues are NOT worshipped, they are just representations to just VISUALISE to whom u are praying to. (Muhammed didn't know well, he was thinking like the ikonoclasts, the Christian heretics who believed in that misconception and lived in the Middle East.) It's the almost the same with the Qur'an (surely less than that). It's the word of God (ikons and statutes aren't the word, only Jesus; that's why ikons and statues are less than the Qur'an is for the muslims) in matter. Officially, U respect it (same with the ikons and statues) but U don't worship it (same with the ikons and statues also). But: the reactions of Muslims on burning or tearing the Qur'an, are like the ones of destroying an idol! Crazy!
