Thank you for uploading this. Will admit, I'm nervous as even though I have pre approval lol

Heyya Shadowzone no worries! Having the pre-approval does really help, so I don't be nervous.
Just make sure your mortgage broker has checked that the types of properties that you are looking at are ok to the bank - if they are, you'll be completely fine! More info on things to look out for www.huntergalloway.com.au/loan-declined-after-pre-approval/
      Cheers,
      Jayden.

Always great stuff mate. recently subscribed so that i will never miss . just wondering If I use different couple of banks, and try to apply for a loan do they ask all bank statements from different banks? If I use a different bank to pay for the things, do the bank I apply the loan, still have issues? can they still track ? ask for the other bank statements etc. (i mean insted of using cash for everyting, i use a different bank) Thanks in advance

Thanks VV, that's a great question and it depends on the lender. Some lenders will request the last three months statements, whilst others don't. So it's more case by case scenario

@@MortgageBrokerAustralia thanks. most people advise using cash, just to avoid unnecessary questions from the lender. anyway, i use multiple bank accounts. to be in the safeside, i may use cash 3-6 months then. thanks
