I running mine on 80% in my 120 on the random flow alternating mode. Thats the only flow i have so that's why i keep them so high

I am still messing with it. I started out with 60% anti sync gyre alternating but the flow was too Low. Now I’m doing 80% anti sync random flow

I just spent 3 hours cutting sunkists off my rock work they are nice but man they are incredibly fast growing 1 small one to over 30 in exactly year
