I saw him live twice in his first tour of the Lion King in Sydney, Australia before he went to West End. So yes, having seen his performance, I agree with this idea entirely.

This song hits home for me, because I know what it’s like losing my father when I was a teenager (Simba was a little cub when his father died). This rendition & Nick’s stunning voice…. Took this song to church. I wish I saw him perform as Simba in The Lion King, because I’m sure I’d be like this 😭 hearing him sing Endless Night and Simba’s part in He Lives In You (reprise).
