At 19:08, "Gypsy Boots" confuses RAZOR BLADES with APPLES. A few years later, reports (possibly, early "urban legends") popped up, claiming that deceitful adults were secreting double-edged razor blades (sometimes, stickpins) inside apples, to give to trick-or-treaters, attempting to cause serious injury.
