I've seen her get slapped down several times on the issue of firearms.
She constantly gets her facts wrong or gets caught taking things completely out of context.
You would think she would get tired of making a fool of herself again and again, but apparently not.

If you remove suicides and gang related violence in democrat lead cities, the number drops to a statistical rounding error. Not to say it isn't still tragic, but the numbers are far, far less than presented.

Lots of people own guns, but they cannot carry them, concealed or otherwise. In Kommiefornia here, i have to show that my life is in immanent danger before they will issue a concealed carry permit. The laws that restrict what you can carry and where you can carry and how you can carry need to be abolished. At least give us a national concealed carry so my local gov cant make it illegal to defend myself and my family.
You can't fix what is stupid in California. I should know, I live there too! Lets face it! Many Californians are now anti-gun. Your Middle Class are not there anymore. They had to move to other states that have employment. Hell my job is going to move in Nevada the end of this year and I will MOVE with it! As for Socialist Kaliforniastan, it will take a generation or two to fix stupid. I can't wait for stupid to be fix! I am sixty-three years old and the clock is ticking. I want to enjoy my 2nd Amendment rights while I am able to do so! I am glad to get out of this Socialist Utopia wannabe hell hole of a 3rd world state and live FREE in the State of Nevada where there they still believe in 2nd Amendment rights.

I've convinced my fiance that Kommiefornia is a lost cause, but my folks won't move, and my brother and his wife are expecting a child. I'm torn between family and my ability to protect myself and my fiance. I hate to have to make this choice, but i can't live under the same political system as these brain-dead leftists.

I agree that California sucks and I want to move as well. but there are a number of counties that getting a ccw are not as bad. I live in Fresno and our sheriff is pretty good about permitting people to carry.
I thank God, we have millions of American patriots just like Mr. Pratt and his son, any one of which is capable of standing in defense of our constitutional right to bear personal arms. We NEED reciprocity!

One thing I learned when I was in the Army and did seven overseas tours.... that those who have the guns, will rule over those who don't have any to defend themselves.
According to her numbers: 270.000.000 million guns in the hands of civilians and 30.000 thousand gun deaths a year.
That means that, in one year, only 0,01% of the guns are used and result in a fatal injury (this number can be even smaller, since the same gun often is used for more than one crime). This numbers (her numbers) show that owning a gun is very safe in USA. She just made a pro-gun argument without realizing it.
And half the 30,000 would be about 15,000 to be suicides, which would happen without guns anyway, not the fault of guns. She obviously didn't want to specify that, and I was hoping Pratt would point that out. Roughly 10,000 to 12,000 gunshot deaths are murders in the US each year, and want to make a bet a vast majority of those 10-12k gun murders *happen in leftist Democrat city ghettos by gangs warring against each other?* Yep! And those Democrat cities try to severely restrict gun access to people even then! Amazing. So the leftists have let their own Democrat population create a thug culture that wars against each other with the guns these Democrats try to restrict access for? lol These leftists are truly such a special bunch of clueless. :)

Over the last 35 years, the rate of homicides by firearm have declined from a high of about 7 per 100,000 to a recently documented rate of 3.5 per 100,000.
So as gun ownership has skyrocketed in this country, homicides by gun rates have plummeted!

"I don't know what report you are talking about" "Congress wont fund the CDC to study any kind of gun violence."
